Fabuleux et calme
Points positifs : L'emplacement stratégique, fantastique et chaleureux de Paris ,de toutes les commodités: transports (BUS, RER Metro, VTC, Taxi), commerces alimentaires de proximités en tout genres, magasins bios ainsi que des restaurants.Le Jardin du Luxembourg et le cœur du quartier latin sont accessibles à pied pour les promeneurs et nous les joggers qui souhaitent profiter et découvrir le cadre alentour. L'appartement inspire calme et sérénité et benefie de tout les équipements nécessaires à un séjour confortable qui vous rappellera votre chez vous tout en vous dépaysant. La communication avec les hôtes et l'accessibilité au logement sont rassurantes, accueillantes et extrêmement rapides et faciles ce qui vous ôte un stresse énorme en voyage. La petite baignoire, les toilettes séparées, et le dernier étage bureau, chambre, espace TV détente, idéal pour la personne couché tard que je suis !

Points positifs : Appartement bien situé et calme. Idéal pour travailler, avec un espace bureau. La déco est très sympa.
Points négatifs : -Il faut spécifier qu'il s'agit d'un Triplex, car appartement spacieux mais sur 3 niveaux, avec des escaliers avec pentes très abruptes. Je suis tombée mais sans blessure. Appartement peu conseillé pour personnes âgées. -Les rideaux de douches qui ont l'air sale, à changer ou nettoyer.

Excellent and magical!
Points positifs : A small apartment, only 2 meters wide. Inside, everything you need for a short break in the city. Safe neighborhood in the city center.

Sweet, clean and comfy.
Points positifs : We like the location and the cleanliness of the house. In addition to that, we also had good facilities for cooking and washing clothes. We also liked the fact that at night it was quiet and comfortable. The hosts were also friendly and answered quickly in case of questions.
Points négatifs : Maybe the restrooms can be made a little more comfortable and accessible. The tub needs some anti slip mat for example. But apart from that, nothing to really complain about :)

Great for a young couple
Points positifs : Fantastic location, the host were wonderful. Asked for fans on the first night was brought to us promptly.
Points négatifs : Stairs a little steep, but were able to get used to that.

Points positifs : Great location, super clean. Host posted very informative information on the how to get into property plus wifi info etc. Felt safe there
Points négatifs : It would have been nice to get information in english as I has to get my kids to translate everything from French. Stairs very narrow and steep and had to get down them in the night to use toilet. would not be suitable with small children

Great location
Points positifs : The location is really good, close to walking distance to main attractions. Subway located 3 minutes walk.
Points négatifs : The stairs are a bit steep and small as well as the toilet. It works but a bit bigger would not hurt. The amenities are very limited, a few extra things are not luxury such as a few pods for the laundry and another roll of toilet paper.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im schönen Paris
Points positifs : Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt am Jardin du Luxembourg, sehr gut erreichbar mit der Metro. Die Beschreibungen des kleinen Häuschens stimmen, alles hat perfekt gepasst.
Points négatifs : War alles wunderbar und romantisch
