Très bon séjour au calme avec vue

Points positifs : Je cherchais un hébergement qui soit très au calme, j'ai été tout à fait satisfait : la résidence est vraiment tranquille, elle donne sur une rue elle aussi tranquille et l'appartement est au dernier étage. La vue est assez exceptionnelle (neuvième étage, pas de vis-à-vis), ce qui est particulièrement appréciable : cela donne une impression d'espace tout en étant dans un appartement. Le matelas est très bien, l'appartement est très agréable, très lumineux avec la bais vitrée. J'ai bien aimé le quartier, avec des commerces de bouche (traiteurs, etc.) de qualité. J'ai passé un très bon séjour, je serais bien resté un peu plus.

Points négatifs : Pour une question d'efficacité et de facilité, les instructions pourraient être plus concises et adressées en une seule fois. Mais l'hôte est réactif et disponible, ce qui est rassurant.

Points positifs : Proche des attractions touristiques, situé dans un quartier calme, sûr et propre, l'appartement dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire et le lieu a été livré super propre.

Beautiful authentic stay at the middle of Paris

Points positifs : Perfect and beautiful place at the middle of Paris, in cosy neighbourhood with very friendly people 🫶🏻Very comfy appearance and everything is easy to navigate and user friendly, all additional things you can imagine so that you don’t need to worry about an extra things from home. A personl who designed this apartment, a very handy and done it very well and thought through- like you would do for your family. Perfect stay for 2,3 or 4.

Girls Trip Gone GREAT!!!

Points positifs : Location was amazing! 10min walk to the metro. Our train was late getting in, but getting the key was ZERO issue. Apartment slept 3 comfortably. Host was SUPER responsive! Only recommendation is have 2 fans! So the person sleeping on the sofa can have a fan as well.

Points négatifs : Definitely needed another fan…but even that not a huge deal

Points positifs : A very good location. Nice terrace, although during our stay, the weather wasn't that great, so we couldn't fully enjoy the terrace. In front of the building there are usually few available public slots for car parking, which is a very important question for those traveling by own car. Facilities were good, although we mostly spent time outside, but I don't remember that we couldn't find smth that we were in need, be it in the kitchen or in the bathroom. With a family of 4, we stayed 2 nights, and we paid 200-210 euros per night, which I believe should be the maximum price for this apartment unless these are special days of a year. Please, also keep in mind that you will probably take the key from a small shop in the parallel street, as it was in our case, just in case if you are puzzled with instructions about it.

Points négatifs : Unfortunately, I can't join comments about it to be fully clean. There were few issues about it. The furniture in the bedroom was dusty and for the bed they were using old bedspread to cover it, which was giving an impression of being unclean. With their price, they should take care of it with sensitivity and should keep the quality level of at least 3-star hotels. I really don't understand why they are not refreshing bed often or periodically, which should cost a few euros to buy from IKEA. Use cheap bedspread, blanket and etc., but keep it fresh, please:) Also, I can see from the updated photos that they have done maintenance and generally refreshed the apartment, which wasn't the case when we were staying, and I was thinking that it is time for it to refresh the apartment. I think they should remove many old items and replace them with new and fresh ones.

Perfect location and nice apartment

Points positifs : Very nice apartment. The view was amazing, and the sleeping area was good as well. The sofa is opening plus there is a bedroom.

Points négatifs : These days were quite hot outside, we didn’t fined any AC, there was a fan

Points positifs : Квартира хорошая, просторная, оборудована всем необходимым, красивая терраса с видом на парижские крыши, хорошее местоположение в пешей доступности до Эйфелевой башни. Рядом магазины и остановки общественного транспорта.

Points négatifs : Очень мало места для размещения личных вещей, много шкафов и тумбочек, и при этом все заполнено хозяйскими вещами, в гостиной не было ни одной свободной полки для размещения личных вещей, пришлось перекладывать вещи туда сюда. В кухне много всякой утвари, при этом нет ни одной таблетки для посудомоечной машины и жидкого средства для мытья посуды. Хотелось бы иметь также одну новую губку для посуды. Пришлось все покупать по упаковке , хотя мы там находились всего 3 дня. Процесс передачи ключей немного неудобен. Если вы заказываете трансфер из аэропорта до квартиры, имейте в виду, что ключ от квартиры надо забирать на соседней улице.
