Modern & Pleasant Flat in the Heart of the 15th

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay and truly enjoyed our time here.

Points positifs : We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location is excellent — it is practically in the center, just next to the park by the Eiffel Tower, which made our trip especially enjoyable. There are also metro stations located nearby, which makes it very easy to get around the city. The apartment is located on the first floor and is very convenient. There is a great supermarket in the neighboring building where you can find everything you might need. The apartment itself is clean and well-maintained, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, dishes, and utensils. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher, which made our stay even more comfortable. The bathroom is well organized, with everything needed, including towels. Overall, everything was very comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully arranged.

Points négatifs : Everything was great, we were very happy with our stay. There is nothing significant to complain about, and everything met our expectations. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely short stay for a family of 4.

Points positifs : Beautifully clean and well equipped apartment. The beds were both incredibly comfortable, even considering it was a pull out sofa bed the mattress was thick enough that you wouldn’t have known. Amazing location perfect for exploring the sights of Paris!

Points négatifs : The lamp in the corner of the living room wasn’t working which left that side of the room a little dark at night time, although wasn’t much of an issue but the bulb may need to be replaced. Had some teething issues with getting the right access codes into the building which meant having to contact property manager on arrival but otherwise an amazing stay, perfect for small groups or families.

Points positifs : Was there with my familly - including a baby. Was very nice having a shop nearby, the metro and busses are very close.

Points positifs : Очень удобное место расположения, рядом башня, метро и магазин. Нормальная кровать в спальне.

Points négatifs : Не увидела в описании, что это первый этаж и вид из окон на крышу здания- очень сомнительно. Волосы в раковине, которая должна была быть убрана, очень огорчили.

Points positifs : Achei completa e muito aconchegante. Do lado de um supermercado. Perto do metrô.

Points négatifs : Por ser perto do supermercado, acho que o depósito deve ficar por perto e o apartamento fica com cheiro de peixe. Isso foi o que mais nos incomodou. E não encontramos bons restaurantes na região.

Schöne Wohnung in Paris in idealer Ausgangslage

Points positifs : Die Lage war phänomenal, unmittelbare Nähe zum Eiffelturm. In der Wohneinheit, in der die Unterkunft liegt, gibt es im Erdgeschoss einen riesigen Supermarkt, der 8.00 Uhr öffnet. Das Angebot dort ist frisch und riesig. Die Kommunikation und Anleitung, um den Schlüssel zur Wohnung zu erhalten war unkompliziert. Wir haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist nahezu vollständig mit allem was man so braucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen. (dadurch aber auch keine Aussicht)

Points négatifs : Es gibt leider keine Klimaanlage. Im heißen Juli waren auch die Nächte sehr warm. Die Lüftung ist, wenn sie ständig läuft, nachts eher störend. Da die Wohnung unmittelbar im 1. OG über einem Vorsprung/über einem Vordach liegt, lässt man die Fenster auch nicht ständig offen. Schutz-/Fliegengitter wären hier vorteilhafter. Kippvorrichtungen an den Fenstern gab es leider nicht, aber Rollläden zum Abdunkeln. Bett im Schlafzimmer eher schmal (max. 1,50m), ausziehbare Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich 1,80 m breit.

Hermosa estadía en la ciudad de las luces

Points positifs : Excelente ubicación, cerquita de la Torre Eiffel! El anfitrión siempre estuvo atento a mis consultas, más que nada porq nuestro ingreso fue de noche y al viajar con niños queria estar tranquila. Al edificio accedimos con código y después teníamos las llaves del depto en una caja de seguridad, asíq todo se resolvió sencillamente. Tiene un supermercado al lado, lo cual suma muchísimo para evitar estar cargando compras.

Points positifs : Super Lage. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Eiffelturm. Moderne neue Ausstattung. Alles vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine + Kapseln, Toaster, Geschirr, Besteck,... Alles genau erklärt und frühzeitig vor Reise alle Informationen erhalten. Nebenan ein grosser Supermarkt. Zimmer genau wie auf den Fotos.
