Appartement sécurisant et très confortable!

Points positifs : Bel appartement dans lequel on se sent bien. Deux chambres séparées, c’était super avec notre petit garçon. Belle baignoire dans une des chambres, un petit plus. Il est aussi bien décoré, de belles couleurs. Très chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié que l’appartement était situé dans un immeuble où il fallait passer 3 portes pour y accéder. Ça nous a rassuré.

Points négatifs : La douche était un peu bouchée. Travaux en cours dans les communs avec plein de tuyaux. La caution de 1000€ à fournir pour obtenir les clés.

Points positifs : Outstanding guest relations (fast, friendly and helpful communication from the property managers at all times). Beautiful apartment in a charming quartier and building. Well appointed, had everything we needed. Very lovely.

Great appartment, loved the location, looking to book again next time we visit Paris.

Points positifs : I loved the location as was near some lovely shops and an amazing butchers.

Points négatifs : The kitchen could do with a little extra items like a chopping board and extra cutlery, glasses plates etc.

Overall it was really good, we felt comfortable. Location is perfect.

Points positifs : Location is perfect. The apartment is very atmospheric, the beds are very comfortable. There were iron and hair dryer. Contactless check-in and check-out is an advantages.

Points négatifs : The apartment requires some renovation. One of the windows did not open, but one was enough to fresh the room. Adding cutting boards and more kitchen appliances to kitchen is a must. There was not hanger for coats in the hallway. The door handles also require replacement. The shower did not drain well.

Points positifs : Goed appartement op een perfecte locatie. Ruim, licht en modern ingericht. Fijne uitvalsbasis voor een topweek in Parijs. Voor een perfecte verblijf, zijn er wel een paar instructies noodzakelijk: houd het enige functionerende raam ten alle tijden open, zodat het OK-ish blijft ruiken in het appartement. Ga in bad (prima!) of douche niet langer dan 1 of 2 minuten om de kamervloer droog te houden. En eet niet thuis, of hooguit het ontbijt, dan is er (net) voldoende keukengerei.

Points négatifs : Kan enige TLC van eigenaar gebruiken om bovenstaande instructies overbodig te maken...

Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji z ładnym wystrojem i udogodnieniami.

Points positifs : Lokalizacja, jasne instrukcje dostania się do obiektu, wyposażenie apartamentu w suszarkę do włosów, darmowe kosmetyki, duża ilość ręczników, było czysto, ładny wystrój, blisko do metra, ekspres do kawy.

Points négatifs : Zatkany odpływ w prysznicu, grzyb w kilku miejscach, trudny w obsłudze piekarnik, słabo wyposażona kuchnia (mało sztućców, brak deski do krojenia, brak podstawowych przypraw takich jak sól, pieprz, cukier), pajęczyny na suficie, wypadająca klamka w toalecie, nie działające światło w jednej z sypialni.
