Unique Studio in Marais

Points positifs : Appartement très bien agencé qui fait pleine utilisation de l'espace disponible. Accueil comme à l'hôtel :)

Points négatifs : Il y a pas mal de passage dans la cour. Un rideau au niveau du lit pour bloquer la lumière serait un bon ajout :)

Points positifs : Emplacement très bien Petit studio sympathique avec tout le confort nécessaire

Points négatifs : Rien pour nettoyer serpillière produit Manque un tapis a l'entrée car quand on rentre et qu'il pleut rien pour s'essuyer les chaussures ceci n'est qu'un petit détail

Perfect location to explore Paris from!

Points positifs : This studio is at a very unique location in the heart of le Marais. It's close to everything and situated in a beautiful and vibrant part of Paris. A great base to explore from.

Points négatifs : During the height of summer it can get a little hit and humid in the apartment so making use of the available fans is a must! But it's also a great excuse to spend more time exploring Paris

Points positifs : The location was really great. Notre Dame and louvre within 30 minutes by foot. A lot of grocery shops and restaurants nearby. This place had everything you need for a short stay.

Points négatifs : The smell of the bathroom

Lovely little place in central Paris

Points positifs : Great location centrally in the 3e, property was safe behind two sets of gates with keyed entry. It was unseasonably cold when I was there but the flat was not so this was great. Limited space but this is the nature of a studio. Would consider returning. Host was communicative and helpful. Only around 20 mins from Gare du Nord.

Points négatifs : Checkout was reasonably early (10am) but host was helpful in suggesting other places to put luggage which was nice. Bed is up a ladder (as shown) so not great if any mobility issues, but good use of space and welcoming environment overall.

Lovely studio, great location, everything you need for a short stay.

Points positifs : Great location with plenty of shops, restaurants and things to do nearby, quiet and peaceful at night despite being in a busy area. Comfortable bed and the studio warms up quite quickly when heating is put on. TV and internet available.

Points négatifs : A rug in living area would be nice as the tiled floor can be cold to walk on or at least a door mat for wet shoes. No major issues though, overall I enjoyed my stay and would certainly stay there again.

Points positifs : La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de todo, muy pintoresco. Lo mismo la comunicación con el propietario, siempre súper rápida y cordial.

Points négatifs : Para ir de a dos es un poco limitado, para uno ideal. Cómo sugerencias de mejora, cambiaría las almohadas y el colchón que estaban muy gastados y no eran cómodos.

Excelente custo benefício. Studio tem uma ótima estrutura próximo do metrô e muitos restaurantes.

Points positifs : O bairro de Marais é o melhor de paris para ficar cheio de bares, mercados, restaurantes de todos os tipos. O Studio é muito bem estruturado , tufo funciona perfeitamente. Tem tudo que vc precisa , desde um ótimo chuveiro a cafeteira, tv, secador de cabelo. O local é muito seguro e reservado, fica numa vila de casas na parte térrea e tem dois portões de aço antes de entrar no imóvel. Ideal para casais e viajantes solitários. 7 minutos do metrô Arts et Metiers.

Points négatifs : Achei o check-in as 10h muito cedo, na minha opinião acho que seria justo as 12h. TIve que sair as pressas pois o anfitrião enviou uma equipe de limpeza e nem consegui arrumar as malas por completo.
