Je suis ravie de notre escapade!
Points positifs : Appartement fonctionnel, très propre, les lits au top (ne font pas de bruit), à 75 ans , nous avons apprécié ! Il y avait du gel douche, produit vaisselle, tout pour y vivre quelques jours! Même quelques livres, mais nous avons beaucoup visité Paris, donc pas le temps...Sacré Chœur à 500m avec place du tertre, bus ou lignes de métro pas loin, pour partir vers l’île de la cité en direct, pour visiter Notre Dame,la Sainte Chapelle, la conciergerie, visite en bateau mouche, le Louvre, les jardins des Tuileries...nos destinations.
Points négatifs : Manque de torchons, ou je n'ai pas trouvé (c'est possible)!

Great acommodation for 2 adults and a child, has all
Points positifs : The property is located in a good area, close enough to different cafes, shops and metro stations but not on a busy road, so it was convenient but not noisy. The flat itself was big enough for 2 adults and a child, had necessary bits for a comfortable stay, was clean. The owners responded quick with useful information about the property and the area.
Points négatifs : We considered using the sofa bed for 1 night but additional linen in the cupboard did not look clean, so we ended up sleeping on the same bed which was fine but if it was 3 adults, then could have been an inconvenience. The bin in the toilet is a bit awkward and kept falling on side when being used, also, the bin in the kitchen is quite small, considering there was no room service and we didn’t know where to take the rubbish, it was overflowing after three days.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse y disfrutar París.
Points positifs : La ubicación es muy buena, zona con muchos bares, cafés y supermercados. Transporte público cerca para poder moverse por todo París.
Points négatifs : La limpieza podría mejorarse. Éramos 3 personas y nos dejaron solo 2 bancos/sillas. Falta de sábanas. Solo cubre colchón y nórdico.

Agradable y confortable
Points positifs : La ubicación es perfecta. La cocina está bastante bien equipada, tiene de todo, está bien distribuido el espacio del departamento.
Points négatifs : Hubo mosquitos en la ducha cuando llegamos y durante los días de nuestra estadía.

Ottima scelta
Points positifs : Piccolo appartamento, completo di tutto quello che serve. La posizione è ottima, il quartiere tranquillo e fornito di tutti i servizi. Buona pulizia. Eravamo 3 adulti e lo spazio è un po' risicato, per due perfetto. Per noi perfetto anche il fatto che fosse piano terra.

Points positifs : La ubicación. Tres estaciones de metro cercanas. Muy cerca a pie del Sagrado Corazón. Barrio con muchos restaurantes interesantes.
Points négatifs : La cama de arriba tiene un acceso muy incómodo. Cuidado con la cabeza!. Sin embargo, el colchón es cómodo.

Great value for money
Points positifs : It is located in a great neighborhood with lot of restaurants and cafeterias. Good accommodation space for 2-3 people. Everything was clean except the pillows on top of the sofa and sofa.
Points négatifs : We mentioned we will stay 3 people in the accommodation. There was no pillow for the third person. When we send a note to the owner they did not come back to our request. There are 2 heaters at the living area and 1 at the bathroom. If outside temperature is lower than 8 C, living area becomes too cold due to big windows. Heaters are locked to specific temperatures.
