Excellent séjour.
Points positifs : L'emplacement est idéal pour une visite de Paris. Tous commerces à proximité immédiate, restaurants... Le logement était parfaitement rangé et propre, correspond à la description. Nous avons passé 5 jours à 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 ados), la taille de l'appartement était amplement suffisante.
Points négatifs : Peut-être un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine et de quoi égoutter la vaisselle, mais ce n'est vraiment pas problématique pour quelques jours.

Points positifs : Appartement très fonctionnel, très beau, propre. Localisation exceptionnelle au pied du métro permettant de visiter tout Paris, et proche à Pied du centre ( Louvre) Décoration simple et agréable Gros point positif : capacité d'accueil très grande, ce qui est rare

Points positifs : Apartment is even better then the photos. Perfectly clean, very well managed by the property company. Location!!! It couldn't be much better. We were in the heart of the Paris center; 2nd region. All the best places were just walking distance.
Points négatifs : As the place is on a very well known main street, during the night you could hear some city noise. It absolutely didn't bother us, which we also enjoyed feeling Paris full of life. But if you are extremely sensitive for your sleep whatever then keep his in consideration.

Great location comfortable 2br apartment
Points positifs : The location was a nice safe area, with alot of food options and a huge Monoprix supermarket on the corner. Easy check in with a locked box. Great communication with staff prior to arrival and during stay. The bathroom and kitchen are both updated and everything was clean. The apartment was very well insulated and warm in winter. Heated towel rail was a bonus.
Points négatifs : Main road location so was noisy. The entrance and stairwell are both very run down - so we had a bit of a “OMG did we make a mistake”moment. No elevator as we were advised of prior. The queen bed were on the hard side and creaky. The sofa beds are getting a lot of wear and tear. The floors are very creaky. Not enough toilet paper provided for 1 week family of 5.

Points positifs : The host was very kind, welcoming and always responsive when communicating with us. A very comfortable, spacious apartment with fully functioning facilities such as hot shower, HD TV, fast WiFi, good cooking facilities. The cleanliness was thorough. Super location at 2nd Arr, very close to many lovely restaurants, bars etc.

Points positifs : Check in directions were very detailed and made it easy to get keys. Hosts were very responsive. We had a slight problem with drains in the shower and sink. The hosts responded immediately and had someone come and fix them first thing the next day. Location was excellent. Metro is just steps away and several restaurants and a Mono Prix within 2 min walk.
Points négatifs : Floors were quite dusty/dirty but the rest of the apartment was clean.

Nice central location in a lively neighbourhood.
Points positifs : The apartment is very close to a metro station. It is comfortable. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Seine/Notre Dame. The host was helpful.
Points négatifs : From one bedroom, you can hear the street noise. Parking is nearby, but expensive.
