Points positifs : Amazing location, clean and works great for a big group. Very good communication from the host.

Points négatifs : Hard to use kitchen, but this works out okay because not many cook in such big groups. Some of the rooms didn't have windows which meant it could get quite warm.

Points positifs : great location, close to metro station and lots of restaurants. You could walk to the Louvre museum or other tourist locations. Can accomodate big groups

Points négatifs : The dining area was somewhat cramped, with limited space around the table and chairs.

Points positifs : Lots of bedrooms and plenty of beds. We liked the location. Getting in was easy. It was clean.

Points négatifs : We felt the living room looked much nicer on the pictures than it truly is. It was fine but wouldn’t say it was a lovely room. The people in the apartment next door were clearly having a party which was very loud.

Points positifs : Superb location, 2 minutes from underground or 30 minutes walk to Louvre or up the hill to Montmartre. Beautiful apartment with ample bedrooms and showers. Easy access too.

Points négatifs : Kitchen was small and if staying for a long time could be challenging, but given the amazing Parisian restaurants who really cares. Also some other reviews pointed out noise from metro… again it’s central Paris, not a big deal.

Points positifs : Muy cómodo, a unos pasos del metro y muy cerca de la Ópera de Paris, restaurantes cercanos y cafeterías en general lo recomiendo para familias

Points négatifs : Que está en tercer piso y con maletas y adultos mayores fue complicado

Points positifs : La zona molto bella sia di giorno che di notte piena di locali.

Points négatifs : L'appartamento non adatto ad un gruppo di 9 persone. Su 5 camere solo una abbastanza grande, una di medie dimensioni le altre 3 piccolissime. Su due bagni, uno di dimensioni adeguate l'altro diviso in due spazi separati (doccia in una e Water nell'altro) di dimensioni minuscole. La pulizia non dei migliori. Terzo piano senza ascensore.

Points positifs : Great location, Very close to everything, a few steps from the metro station. Very large apartment that comfortably accommodates a group.

Points négatifs : There is no elevator so the stairs can be an issue for people with mobility issues or with large carry-ons.

Points positifs : Totul a fost superb….locatie, conditii, curatenie, plin de restaurante in jurul cladirii, metroul la 50 m de locatie. Ne vom intoarce cu placere mereu la Urban Luxury 106.

Points positifs : Good location. Lots of restaurants near by. We felt safe to walk around.
