Points positifs : Apartement confortable et situé au Coeur du 11 éme arondissement de Paris à 5 minutes de station de metro Voltaire. Jessie réprondre vite à mes questions. Hautement recommandé:)

Bel appartement au coeur du 11e

Points positifs : Très belle appartement au coeur du 11ème arrondissement de Paris. Appartement cocooning dans un super quartier avec toutes les commodités à proximité.

Points négatifs : Partie commune pas près rassurante en arrivant et également il y'avait une forte odeur d'humidité avec du linge en train de sécher

Appartement parfait pour un séjour dans le 11e.

Points positifs : L'emplacement est extraordinaire. La cuisine de l'appartement est très bien équipée. L'hôte a été très réactif et disponible pour répondre à mes questions.

Points négatifs : Le canapé-lit n'est pas vraiment confortable. J'aurais aimé avoir un document d'accueil avec le wifi, infos pratiques, fonctionnement de la télé, quoi faire au départ, par exemple.

Points positifs : Apartement propre confortable relativement bien situé (5 min de station de metro voltaire), salle de bain ok (duche, eau chaude ras), cuisine: on a apprécié qu’on a trouvé le nécessaire ( café ,sucre, sel, huile d’olive).

Points négatifs : On n’a pas trouvé le mot de passe pour wi-fi (c’est vrai qu’on n’a pas essayé de contacter la hôte car il était tard). Le bâtiment nécessite vraiment une rénovation (mais dans l’appartement c’est bien, sauf une partie de l’installation électrique : la lumière dans le salon). Globalement c’était bien.

Lovely, arty apartment in a vivid part of Paris!

Points positifs : A lovely little apartment -where we really felt at home - in a very nice part of Paris. Lots of nice restaurants, bars and cafes. The owner of the apartment was very forthcoming and helpful. We would love to come back!

Points négatifs : Nothing to complain about!

Cosy haven in great location

Points positifs : The flat is very cosy, with everything you need. There's good heating and lots of space. And a wonderful kitchen. The terrace with chairs is a nice plus! There's a lovely wooden table in the dining part, lounge with sofa and then separate bedroom (which is quiet as not on street side). Actually, it's a very quiet street in general, close to everything, close to Bastille and Voltaire. It's nice to know a cleaner comes before and after the stay, so everything is spotless. The owner is also very easy to contact and is happy to answer any questions. His responses were very quick.

Points négatifs : - Make sure you get indications about the floor (1st) and which door before you arrive. It's written on the letterbox, but it's in French abbreviations, which are not that easy to understand straight away. - The main entrance to the building and stairs are not in great condition, in bad need of renovation, but it's great once you get into the apartment.

Points positifs : Great price, very warm and comfortable, very close to plenty of restaurants and stores, plus the metro. Host is super friendly and accommodating. The 11arr is wonderful to stay in. It feels like being at home staying in this great apartment.

Points positifs : Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfüge über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Lage ist gut, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit einer netten Umgebung.

Points négatifs : Der Eingang im Erdgeschoss ist weniger schön und sauber.
