Had a lovely stay in Paris. The apartment was close to public transport and short rides to all the sights.

Points positifs : Beautiful apartment with all the required amenities. Very well maintained and conveniently located close to transport.

Really nice flat, good communication

Points positifs : Beautiful, clean flat in a nice house and area, close to various public transport options. Very well equipped kitchen which is separable from both rooms, 2 bathrooms. Warm bedding (we've been visiting in December). We've received detailed information regarding check-in/-out and about the use of the appliances in the flat (including video guides).

Points négatifs : Flat is on the 4th floor and there's no elevator in the house, but this was known upon booking from other reviews and not a big issue for us. It took us a bit to get the AC work as desired and heat the space to the desired temperature upon arrival. Single large duvet on both beds - as a friend group separate duvets would have been more comfortable, but again, not a real problem.

Beautiful, calm, clean and well equipped apartment!

Points positifs : Location was super quiet! The apartment was very nicely decorated and equipped.

Points négatifs : An elevator in the building to carry up the luggage would have been nice, but if you are fit that is not an issue at all.

Nice Parisian flat with neighbourhood to match. May include some guides for attractions in walking distance from the bas

Points positifs : Very nice , clean flat. Well decorated and contains all you need for short stay in old building. Location - about 20 min walk to triumph arc. Has small corner shop and mini bakery 2 min walk. It is 4th floor via stairs and may not be for some people. Good neighbourhood without any trouble. Underground is about 10 min walk to. No parking . We used underground parking about mile away for £50 per day. Overall very positive experience. Will return if in Paris again.

Points négatifs : No affordable parking near by. As I was looking for accommodation with parking this has added a bit of stress upon arrival.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, geräumig und die Lage sehr gut für zentrale Ausflugsziele geeignet.

Points positifs : Die Größe der Wohnung war gut. Anzahl der Bäder (2x) war gut und praktisch. Küchenausstattung war gut. Je nachdem was man sich anschauen möchte, ist die Lage sehr gut. Bis zum Eifelturm läuft man ca. 50 min. Parkhaus für PKW ist relativ nahe gelegen (1,3km).

Points négatifs : Die Klimaanlage hat soweit funktioniert aber es wurde trotzdem nur sehr langsam warm. Die Fenster sind schlecht abgedichtet und auch die Wohnungstür lässt viel kalte Luft durch die Spalte rein. Wir waren im Winter zu Besuch, im Sommer ist das bestimmt kein Problem. Vielleicht kommt dann Zuviel Wärme rein?!
