Stunning apartment with balcony to visit Paris

An amazing stay

Points positifs : The apartment is amazing in a great area, close to the city centre, but at the same time away from all the noise and tourists. It has all you need for a “feel at home” stay with lots of restaurants and shops around, while Champs-Elysees and all major Paris “to do’s” are just a few minutes away by metro (line 13). The balcony is superb, the window blinds make all dark during the day, the host is extremely nice!

Points positifs : Hands down one of the best hosts I've had so far, and I've had more than a few. Very communicative, speaks perfect English unlike others in France. Bathroom was fully stocked, even the fridge had a lot of stuff in it. The apartment itself is spacious with a great balcony.

Points négatifs : The apartment is a little too personal, meaning the host does actually live there when it's not rented out so you will see their personal stuff in drawers, cupboards etc. Not an issue on its own but something to be aware of. Also, the apartment does provide a parking space, but the entrance is TINY. I drive a fairly compact car and wasn't able to get inside.

Nice apartment for a short stay

Points positifs : It was generally clean and high standard apartment plus very safe building although the area located seemed a just a bit average.

Points négatifs : Generally not much to dislike apart from that it was obvious that someone is living there regularly and they rent it out on demand so there were clothes in the wardrobe and food in the fridge so it didn’t feel the most relaxing environment but it was fine overall. Perhaps an upgrade need in terms of towels offered ideally a towel for face and feet would be a good addition and the body shower gel offered needs upgrade too.

Points positifs : The apartment is really great! Large for Paris. Super clean and well equipped. Tastefully decorated. Close to a metro station, so very convenient to explore Paris. Supermarkets and bakeries close by. Not the most exciting neighborhood of Paris, but just hop on the metro and off you go and enjoy the city like a real Parisian.

Points positifs : Very beautiful apartment with everything you need. Host was very helpful and friendly.

Points négatifs : It was very hot and there was no air conditioning or fans, but this is fairly common in Paris. Bit far to travel if you want to be near the main tourist attractions but there is a metro station only a 5 min walk away.

Absolutely amazing

Points positifs : It was a very lovely apartment. We had communication with the host through our and he was very very nice. The apartment is a bit outside of Paris which was nice since it was a bit more quiet. However if you wanna visit the sites you need to plan a bit, but it was no trouble. We will definitely come back, both because it was a lovely apartment that we would wanna live in but also because we felt welcome from the host😊

Points positifs : Szép lakás, nagy ablakok és szép kilátás. Közel van a metró, ahonnan könnyen el lehet jutni mindenhova.

Points négatifs : Arra számítottunk, hogy lehet használni a konyhát, de sajnos nem volt megengedett a sütés-főzés.
