Points positifs : super emplacement bien situé, près du métro et de quelques endroits remarquables. le wifi est facilement accessible . le logement est propre et bien équipé. la literie est bonne . je le recommande à des personnes capables de monter 4 étage sans ascenseur
Points négatifs : les étages à monter, le radiateur de la pièce d'eau défaillant.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour et la situation du logement m'a permis de faire toutes mes visites
Points positifs : Studio bien équipé, soigné, l'hôte est très disponible. Il est bien situé, à proximité du métro, ce qui est très appréciable pour visiter Paris.
Points négatifs : Logement pour des personnes en forme, il y a 4 étages sans ascenseur et avec un escalier étroit. Je suis mal tombé, un voisin faisait des travaux.

Quiet and comfortable apartament for single traveller or very close couple.
Points positifs : Fantastic localisation, very very quiet apartment at the 4th floor. There is everything you need: stove, microwave, nespresso machine, cleaning machine, TV with WiFi connection, hairdryer, towels. Bed is big and comfortable- not the coach from the pictures.
Points négatifs : It really is very dirty, but there are all cleaning products so you can clean it by yourself a bit more.

Ideal for a few days holidays in Paris
Points positifs : The location of this apartment is perfect. Very close to a metro stop that you can get transport to anywhere in the city from. The kitchen facilities included a fridge, a hob and a microwave. There was hot water for showers whenever we wanted it. The bed was comfortable
Points négatifs : There is limited space to move about the room when the bed is pulled out. Folding the bed into a couch makes the room easier to use. Some of the kitchen ware (plates, cutlery, pots) weren't properly clean. The apartment is up a lot of stairs with no lift.

Points positifs : The apartment is small, but it has everything you might need if you visit Paris for some days. It's located on the fourth floor. The owner is very kind; we haven't met them in person, but they gave as all the instructions and they answered all our questions promptly. The best thing about this accommodation is the position: it is located on a street just next to the Bastille Place; the Metro (M1) is just outside the front door (one minute walk).

Points positifs : Шикарное расположение квартиры, до всего очень близко. Очень тихо, мы вообще не слышали никакого шума по ночам, не знаю, может быть дело в очень толстых стенах. Кровать была очень удобная, это не тот раскладной диван, который на фото, а настоящая кровать с классным матрасом и тёплыми одеялами. Обогреватель хорошо нагревает комнату, в конце февраля-начале марта было очень комфортно спать. Горячая вода в душе, стиралка (не знаю как она работает, мы не пользовались), хороший интернет (там надо на роутере нажать кнопку вай-фай и потом нажать показать код и выйдет такой длиннющий код). Отзывчивый хозяин (правда, я очень настойчиво писала поначалу, чтобы получить инструкции по заселению, но потом он стал быстро отвечать). Есть чайник, микроволновка, варочная панель, посуда, холодильник. Очень понравилось что вода в душе хорошо уходила, это такая частая проблема. Постельное бельё было чистое и приятное, это понравилось.
Points négatifs : Ну все уже писали про лестницу - к этому надо быть готовым. Она действительно узкая и высокая, учитывайте это. Я почитала отзывы заранее, так что это не было большой проблемой. Дверь в ванную не закрывается на замок, ну я была с мамой, так что меня это не напрягало, но есть такой момент, она деревянная и видимо разбухла, так что очень плотно её не закрыть. Душевая кабина довольно тесная, если вы крупный человек, я крошечная и не скажу что мне было просторно. Было бы здорово если бы на кухне были полотенца и разделочная доска, а ещё ножи поострее.
