We enjoyed are stay at the property but would not choose it for a longer stay than 3 days, for a family of four. This is

Points positifs : The property was very central and in good walking distance for attractions.

Points négatifs : The appartment is very small and tight.

Cozy, comfy, authentic

Points positifs : Very cozy place :) Has a long balcony, where you can take breakfast and observe city life. Safe area. Oldtown Paris vibes in the apartment, feels like home. There is everything you need in there, from the full kitchen equipment, to extra blankets/towels/toiletries. Even umbrella, for our last rainy day :) We lived on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator. Quiet neighbours :) Location is central, so you can walk mostly everywhere. Grocery store in the same building, lots of cafès around, bakeries as well.

Points négatifs : The bed was very hard, but that’s the only thing.

Paris-Feeling pur und beste Lage

Points positifs : Die Lage ist traumhaft! Man ist wirklich mitten drin im Marais! Das Appartement ist zwar klein, aber für einen Kurzurlaub mit drei Personen perfekt. Der kleine Balkon ist unglaublich cute und das Overall Ambiente verströmt Paris-Feeling ohne Ende.

Points négatifs : Küche nimmt sehr viel Platz weg, obwohl man eigentlich keine braucht. Ein Kühlschrank hätte gereicht.

Points positifs : The host was very responsive with questions. The balcony was charming.

Fin lägenhet i utmärkt läge

Points positifs : LÄGET. Kapselmaskin och fläktar. Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig värd. Vi bodde två vuxna och två barn tre nätter och det fungerade bra.

Points négatifs : Mycket störande ljud från kringliggande krogar och om man stängde balkongdörren blev det visserligen bättre men varmt istället (när vi var där var det 34-38 grader på dagtid). Ingen AC. Något svårt att hämta ut nyckeln och att hitta lägenheten.

Quintessential Parisian flat!!! Can’t wait to go back

Points positifs : This property is everything that you could wish for in a Parisian getaway. The neighbourhood is walkable and safe, with cafés, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores within a block. The hosts left really useful and very thoughtful welcome kits-for the bathroom and for the kitchen. The kitchen was really well equipped with cutlery, plates etc. Also nice to have a big fridge/freezer.It was great having laundry in the flat (and laundry soap was in the welcome kit!!!). We are definitely looking forward to going back for another stay

Points positifs : La ubicación es muy buena, las instalaciones están bien

Points négatifs : El piso está en mal estado, colocando tableta quedaría muy bonito todo el apartamento (suena mucho al caminar) Faltaba jabón lava losa, esponjas y sal

Príjemný malý bytík s balkónom

Points positifs : Veľmi dobrá poloha, príjemné prostredie, v okolí množstvo reštaurácií. 15 minut chodze od Notre Dame.
