Great stay in Paris

Points positifs : A home away from home. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Sacré-Cœur and Montmartre. You can easily explore the entire area on foot. Our host was kind enough to allow us to store our bags until 3pm on the day of check-out. Highly recommended.

Points négatifs : The unit is located on the 4th floor.

Nice apartment, great location

Points positifs : Great location (quiet side street), modern nice apartment, easy check in, well equipped kitchen.

Points négatifs : Only one of the bedrooms had heating. Also if you have mobility issues, beware, the apartment is on the 4th floor and the building does not have elevators.

Well located quiet apartment in Montmartre

Points positifs : Very good location at Montmartre, at a quiet neighborhood. Communication with host was very good. Cleanliness was good as well. Overall, it is a good place for a short stay in Paris.

Points négatifs : Stairs to get to the apartment (4th floor) are ok for active people. Will not recommend for people with disabilities. Curtains were not great: if sun wakes you up easily, it might be a problem.

Points positifs : Appartamento molto accessoriato e rifornito di tutto per stare qualche giorno. Anche prodotti di pulizia per la casa e prodotti basici per cucinare. Posizione comoda vicino a metro, bus, tutti i servizi.

Points négatifs : Le pulizie erano un po' approssimative. Tanti oggetti rendono la casa molto carina ma rendono difficile togliere la polvere.

Near Sacre Coeur...great experience!

Points positifs : Availability and responsiveness of host.... When we needed help he helped! Clear instructions. Quiet building, good refuge from touristing.

Points négatifs : Never learned how to use the TV...didn't try very hard. 4 narrow flights of 18 steps each was a challenge but probably countered some of our additional food and wine intake! I recommend it!

Points positifs : Die Ferienwohnung an sich - gute Aufteilung - und die Lage.

Points négatifs : Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung, die wir allerdings ohne Weiteres überbrücken konnten.

Great location for a family

Points positifs : Kids loved the smart TV. It was walkable to lots of restaurants and Sacre Coeur and easy access to metro stations. It was large enough for my family of 3 and having a washing machine home was lively. Owner was responsive to questions.

Points négatifs : Nespresso machine failed on about every 1 of 3 pods. On fourth floor with no lift, so you will certainly get your steps in. Area is also hilly, so be mentally prepared for hills.
