Superbe Triplex au Coeur de Montorgueil

Points positifs : Petit appart sympa et bien équipé au coeur de Montorgueil , le propriétaire est disponible et sympathique .

Bien situé, coquet mais particulier par ses 4 étages étroits!

Points positifs : L’endroit vraiment bien situé, commodités à proximité, charme et déco de l’appartement, tranquillité (Sauf samedi soir)

Points négatifs : Selon les photos, nous savions que l’endroit était très petit, mais en vrai il était minuscule… presque dangereux d’y mettre le pied accidentellement dans la cage d’escaliers et d’y tomber. Le plafond de la chambre est si bas qu’on arrive tout juste à si assoir (en plus de la retombée qui complique l’accès à l’escalier).

Points positifs : Charmant triplex, très bien aménagé et équipé au cœur d'un quartier très prisé. Malgré la canicule il a su rester frais. Walter, l'hôte était accueillant et disponible si souci.

Points négatifs : Quelques marches sont très hautes dans le triplex.

Points négatifs : If you are not a fit person you cant reach the bed or kitchen (up and down the spiral staircase)

Points positifs : Basically, you get what you paid for, a nice little apartment with PERFECT location. You will need to do some stairs, but It’s all mentioned in the description and photos of the place, so I would say it’s an interesting experience, if you are ready for that. Walter is very polite and attentive host.

Points négatifs : In general it was clean, but it could be cleaner, especially the floor (nothing serious though), or we would appreciate if there was a tiny vacuum cleaner there, so if you stay for more than a couple of days, you can do some cleaning yourself.

this property is in an AMAZING location but is not a good fit for anyone with mobility issues.

Points positifs : The host, Walter was excellent. He communicated with me right away and was prompt when meeting us with the key. He is very friendly and welcoming. The location of the apartment is terrific. You can get to restaurants and shops easily and major attractions are within walking distance. The property is clean and stylish. I took my 22 year old son to Paris for his graduation and he and I agreed that we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The neighborhood is perfect.

Points négatifs : I think the place is great but it’s very tight. The property is vertical and each floor is reached by climbing a narrow spiral staircase. It’s almost like climbing a ladder. This wasn’t a problem for us but people with mobility issues should make another choice. It would be an uncomfortable stay for anyone particularly tall as well.

Points positifs : Die Lage war ideal. Ruhig aber dennoch direkt in Reichweite einer sehr schönen und abwechslungsreichen Einkaufsstraße mit kleinen Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars. Louvre, Notre Dame aber auch Sacrè Coeur sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment ist klein aber interessant und vor allem gepflegt. Über 4! Etagen verteilt sind ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad/WC, eine Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank sowie ein Hauswirtschaftsraum über eine zwar enge, aber gut begehbare Wendeltreppe erreichbar.

Points négatifs : Eine Gaderobe im Eingangsbereich wäre sehr nützlich. Die Anordnung des WC ist ungünstig, so dass die Benutzung ein wenig lästig ist, aber machbar.

Points positifs : La struttura è collocata al centro di Parigi, vicino a diverse metro e alle principali attrazioni turistiche. Appartamento pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Host molto gentile. Tutto ottimo!

Points positifs : La ubicación es excelente. El barrio muy pintoresco, lleno de restaurantes y negocios de gastronomía. El departamento cuenta con todas las instalaciones necesarias y modernas. El dueño es una persona muy amable y predispuesta.

Points négatifs : Es un departamento de dimensiones muy reducidas, con ambientes que se desarrollan en cuatro plantas, todas comunicadas por una escalera caracol un poco compleja. Por lo cual es ideal para personas jóvenes con un buen estado físico. El dormitorio es el ambiente de más difícil acceso (para tener en cuenta).

Points positifs : Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett! Hat sich genügend Zeit genommen und uns uns alles zu zeigen. Ist ein sehr sympathischer Mann.
