Points positifs : Super easy check-in and everything was exactly as described. The staff went above and beyond, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
Points négatifs : The hot water ran out quite quickly, so one day when my boyfriend and I needed to wash our hair, we had to take turns waiting for the boiler to reheat. The apartment itself is lovely, but it is next to a rather shady bar, so on the check-in day I was a bit worried about safety. However, the bar’s customers turned out to be quite friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place for solo female travelers.

Good location that is close to the subway and great value.
Points positifs : The location was very close to the subway and many restaurants/cafes.
Points négatifs : Since it was in the winter, I wish there was a coat rack or hooks to hang our coats when we came back to the apartment. Also, there was a tabac shop next door that got a little lively throughout the day. This did not bother me, but it would for those that are noise sensitive.

Points positifs : Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber, die Einrichtung war gut gepflegt, Check-In und Check out waren unkompliziert. In der fußläufiger Nähe befanden sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und gute Gastronomie, das Flair der Stadt war gut zu genießen.
Points négatifs : Das Apartment selbst befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Ladenlokal im Erdgeschoss in einer, von dem sonst schönen Viertel, etwas verwahrlosten Straße. Bei unser Ankunft und auch an den übrigen Tagen standen Leute in der Nähe unseres Eingangs die Cannabis konsumierten. In einer Nacht gab es direkt vor unserer Tür eine heftige Schlägerei. Nebenan ist eine Bar, welche nur durch eine dünne Trennwand vom Apartment abgetrennt ist. Deshalb wurde es teilweise sehr laut. Auch der Händetrockner der dortigen Toilette ist an der Wand befestigt und brummt in kurzen Abständen. Die Bar schließt allerdings um 23 Uhr. Ein Bett empfanden wir aufgrund des Gummiüberzuges als unbequem.

Points positifs : Místo má skvělou polohu pro snadný přístup k památkám, je v odlehlé uličce a přesto velmi blízko metra, obchodům, pekárně. Snadno přístupné z ulice. Vybavení je moc hezké, téměř nové. Kuchyň vybavená dobře i pro rodinné vaření.
Points négatifs : Hned vedle apartmanu je malý bar/prodejna tabáku, tak tam občas posedávají kuřáci. V kuchyňce nám chyběl ostrý nůž, ale jeden jsme koupili a nechali tam :-)

Mooi licht appartement om Parijs te ontdekken
Points positifs : Fijn appartement met een frisse uitstraling. Uitstekende uitvalsbasis om het hart van Parijs te verkennen. Leuke eetgelegenheden, bakker, supermarkt, en metro binnen 5 minuten lopen. Warme douche. Prima bedden.
Points négatifs : Niets eigenlijk. Hand droger van de buren is wat gehorig.
