Nice, cosy place a bit outside the main city centre, quiet and affordable.

Points positifs : I was a little bit surprised at the beginning since I didn't expect a small flat like that. But it's a nice and cozy place, so I would definitely book again. It's near restaurants, museums, a park and a convencience store.

Points négatifs : As an energy and utility engineer, I always look at the heating machines, the plumbing and stuff. What turned me off a bit was the moldy smell when entering the bathroom for the first place. Typical old building problem, also very hard to clean and almost impossible to get rid of it, but could use 2-3 times a year a hardcore mold cleaning (it's infesting the plumbing and no real chance of getting rid of it due to thermodynamics and the laws of biophysics).

Overall I had a great stay in a convenient area that made it a good location for my stay.

Points positifs : I had a problem getting into the apartment upon arrival,as my early check-in was suddenly cancelled and I landed at 6am in a desparate mode of getting into the aparment.I have called the Checkmyguest service line,the office opened only at 9am,so I had to wait till then. But once I got hold of somebody,and they confirmed that my early check-in was indeed cancelled unbeknown to me,I was given access to the apartment right away. My day was saved!

Points négatifs : Check-in info had lots of photos,but still missed the important information in print. It would have been clearer if the pick-up location's name was also mentioned in writing as it was a neigbouring business and the first look at the photo was suggestive of businesses around,not a contact point.

Points négatifs : No fue fácil encontrar la llave para entrar y tampoco fue fácil dejar la llave al salir, debe mejorar este sistema
