Points positifs : Tout était parfait près de tout métro épicerie boulangerie. mr beef au Rez de chaussée vraiment bon on a eu un petit problème d’avoir oublié la clé le samedi soir à 8h j’ai envoyé un message au locateur réponse après quelques secondes un employé est venu en moins de trente minute débaré la porte quel service et il était presque gêné de me dire qu’il y allait avoir des frais. Aucun problème c’était vraiment de notre faute. Quel service prochain séjour à Paris même endroit c’est sur !!!!!

Points positifs : Appartement conforme à la description. Propre et bonne literie. Bonne situation géographique

Points positifs : Nous avons aimé la décoration de l’appartement en lui même, son emplacement et la literie. L’appartement est propre et ses hôtes sont facilement disponibles. Petit bémol sur le côté sonore car l’immeuble est mal insonorisé mais on est à Paris et non à la campagne !!

clean place in a great location with friendly/family vibe

Points positifs : the location is great - it’s near the metro, lots of coffee shops and restaurants around, people dining late which gives some kind of a friendly-family atmosphere. the apartment itself is clean

Points négatifs : the door lock is not what i used to - you can’t open the door without inserting the key. if you leave the key inside and close the door from outside, you won’t be able to open the door and you will have to calla locksmith which is very expensive. it is not possible to open the balcony from one of the bedrooms.

Nicely furnished apartment

Points positifs : Once you get up those stairs and into the apartment, everything is perfect. Separate bathrooms and shower

Points négatifs : Clearer explanation about the elevator and spiral stairs situation, but I had found out after I paid that there was no elevator and I had no choice so I made sure i only went out only when absolutely necessary, you must not have heavy luggage with you, which unfortunately was our case.

Great place with “keep you fit” stairs

Points positifs : Well located for access to local shops. 30 min walk to Expo Excellent communication from owners Well equipped Comfy beds Nice big new towels

Points négatifs : The stairs can be a bit of a drag after a good meal!

Points positifs : - nice interior with a lot of historical elements - good location: about 30 minutes by metro to the center - sweets, coffee, bottles of water - internet speed is good enough to watch movies

Points négatifs : - no elevator - low sound isolation

Great apartment, would definitely come back

Points positifs : Really nice location in Montparnasse. Easy reach to the bus to get across the city and train stations. Comfortable and clean apartment with all we needed for our stay

Points négatifs : Wasn’t an issue for us but it is on the 5th floor with no lift. There was a little bit of noise from neighbouring apartments and the street but nothing that couldn’t be solved with earplugs!
