Excellente
Points positifs : J'ai aimé tout, la déco, le confort du lit et du canapé, localisation, les accès aux transports ou supermarchés, boulangerie, pharmacie, restaurants etc. À 20 min à pied de Accor Arena ou du Zoo de Vincennes. Proche du local de la foire du Trône. Un peu loin du centre de Paris, mais pour nous c'était très bien. Idéal pour 4 personnes adultes. Comme les photos. Propriétaire très accessible.
Points négatifs : Comme c'est écrit dans autres commentaires, il y a le bruit du train, mais rien que nous empêche de dormir. Manque de torchons de cuisine et quelques fourchettes en plus.

Appartement parfait pour 2+1 personnes
Points positifs : L'appartement est tout neuf, il est bien agencé et équipé, la propreté est impeccable. A proximité directe du tram et du métro, facilité de se garer à proximité (payant) Des commerces à proximité

Une belle expérience aux portes de Paris et à deux pas des commodités
Points positifs : Emplacement géographique parfait, bonne réactivité de l'hôte, propreté impeccable, beaucoup d'espace. Le logement respectait les critères et correspondait en tout point à l'annonce ! Je reviendrai
Points négatifs : Pas assez d'équipement dans la cuisine (exemples : égouttoir, torchons)

Points positifs : l appartement est neuf et d un bon standing dans l ensemble, situé à l entrée du métro.
Points négatifs : étant proche du métro on perçoit celui-ci dans l appartement ....

Comfortable, modern, suitable for a couple
Points positifs : The flat is clean and new. The furnishings are ok though I didn’t cook so didn’t try the kitchen appliances out. Lift in the building. It’s quiet generally even though it’s close to a busy road (windows are facing to back onto disused train tracks now covered in bushes/ trees and onto other buildings. The building is very close to the metro station but it’s quite a few stops to get to the “centre” (20ish min). Spacious bathroom with a shower.
Points négatifs : The building trembles a little when trains are passing underground but this doesn’t happen at night time. Windows are large but one can open them either fully or not at all (no vents, smaller openings, etc ) which means that at nighttime one must sleep with tall windows fully open. The living room is very narrow and has a large table in it so working out the windows is a bit tricky. Bedroom is much better in terms of keeping it aired in hot weather. The shower smells of wee a bit, the drain should be cleaned. I’d say the flat is good for 2 people, more than 2 people and it’s a squeeze.

Points positifs : The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable furnished. The apartment is quiet and there is no street noise so you can relax. Metro stop next to the building. Grocery store in close range. Very good contact with owner. The check-in and check-out process went very smoothly. We had a nice time and we fully recommend the apartment.

Points positifs : La ubicación está un poco lejos del centro, pero cerca del aeropuerto, está bien comunicada por el metro, hay una estación a unos 10 metros de la puerta

Points positifs : Un apartamento muy acogedor y limpio. Justo en la puerta una parada de metro. Todas las comodidades que necesitas para una buena estancia.
Points négatifs : El baño olía demasiado a cañerías. Esta muy limpio y nuevo pero huele fatal. Pasa el metro tan cerca que se nota en la casa a pesar de ser un cuarto piso. Aún así la estancia merece mucho la pena

Nuovo e pulito!
Points positifs : Abbiamo soggiornato in questo nuovissimo appartamento per 3 notti. La metro è letteralmente a due passi e questo è stato fondamentale.Appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di numerosi comfort.
Points négatifs : Diciamo che c'era la macchinetta del caffè ma non c'erano le capsule. Ma è solo una piccola nota.

Buena relación calidad/precio en Paris
Points positifs : Era un apartamento completamente nuevo, bien de tamaño para dos personas, limpio y muy cómodo. La comunicación con los gestores/dueños fue excelente en todo momento. Necesitábamos utilizar tanto la cama como el sofá cama (a determinadas edades una madre y una hija no necesitan compartir cama 😉) y nos facilitaton en todo momento sabanas para el sofá.
Points négatifs : Está un poco alejado del Centro, lo que hacía que nos fuéramos pronto por la mañana y no volviéramos hasta la noche. Así que básicamente lo utilizábamos para dormir. Es cierto que está muy bien comunicado por metro, pero el trayecto diario era de 30/45 minutos. No sé si eran trenes, o tranvías que también paran en la puerta del edificio, pero aún siendo un piso alto, se notaba el ruido y la vibración que, para algunos, puede ser incómodo.
