Points positifs : Entrée autonome très facile. Bien situé dans quartier agréable et assez calme, à15 min à pied du Sacré coeur de Montmartre. Appartement spacieux, fonctionnel, propre.

Points positifs : L'acceuil est sympa et disponible, à l'écoute. La propreté de l'appartement, le silence la nuit, nous sommes dans l'intimité de notre hôte. Merci pour sa confiance. En un seul mot: PARFAIT😍

Emplacement top, quartier sympa et non touristique

Points positifs : La postion top, deux métros et plusieurs lignes de bus à deux pas. Boulangeries, supermarchés au coin de la rue Plein de restos sympa dans ce quartier non touristique. Vraiment sympa L appartement est plutôt spacieux, belle vue sur les toits de Paris.

Points négatifs : Nous étions quatre et manquions de place pour ranger nos affaires. Comme nous restions une semaine avec des enfants nous avions beaucoup de choses. Mais rien de grave, nous nous sommes adaptés

Séjour très agréable en famille comme à la maison avec une vue et emplacement exceptionnels

Points positifs : Position centrale à côté de la mairie du 18 e avec lignes de bus et station taxi au pied de l’immeuble - tous commerces et restaurants - une très belle vue dominante et un intérieur chaleureux comme à la maison

Spacious, well located, and very comfortable

Points positifs : We stayed in the apartment for 6 days and our stay was extremely pleasant. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has two bedrooms and a large living and dining area, which is perfect for cozy evenings. We stayed at the end of December, and the apartment was warm and comfortable throughout our stay. The host was very supportive and responsive, quickly helping us with any questions or issues. The location is excellent: just a 2-minute walk to the 12th subway line and about 5 minutes to the 4th line. There are many shops, cafés, and bakeries nearby, which makes the area very convenient. The apartment itself feels very authentic and homey. It feels like visiting friends or family, with a unique style and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, and even a good selection of spices, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again.

Points négatifs : At the beginning, there was a slight smell in the apartment, but after opening the windows for a few hours it completely disappeared. The lighting was not very bright, especially in the hallway area. Since there are many books in the apartment, dust can appear quite quickly. However, all of these points are very minor and did not affect our stay, as the apartment itself is very comfortable and pleasant.

Points positifs : It's very good, not in the centre but felt it was every part of the city, had good ambience, all facilities, shops, restaurants etc are very close by. The apartment itself was very lived in, full of character and very clean. Amazing view from windows (antique church, mayor's office). We choose it because it had 2 separate bedrooms. It was very comfortable. The host was very helpful and accommodating, without being intrusive. Thank you very much.
