A cool place to stay in Paris

Points positifs : Great location, right in the middle of Paris’s 5th district. Interesting building, lot of natural light in the living room. Well furnished, comfortable, nice bathrooms & kitchen.

Points négatifs : Can be noisy in weekday mornings when the employees of the neighbouring Curie Institute arrive at work and chitchat. In the heavy rain we discovered a small leak in the living room’s ceiling - hopefully the owner will fix that.

Points positifs : The owner need to change the key code for the keys box. The code was wrong.

It was ok.

Points positifs : There was not easy to get in because of the wrong code. Thank God that I could reach the property on the phone. What if I hadn't an opportunity to make a call?

Points négatifs : It was pretty cold inside and not so clean after the previous guests. There is a problem with hot water: It's not enough to take a bath. So, it was quite uncomfortable with two kids.

Spacious, lovely apartment, comfortable beds, needs pest control.

Points positifs : Spacious, lovely outdoor area, well stocked kitchen for cooking

Points négatifs : The ants. Other reviews had mentioned them in the kitchen. We kept that space very clean and didn’t see many in the kitchen, but they were in all the bedrooms and even in one of the beds. They also got into a suitcase and were in clothing. This level of infestation demands intervention.
