Points positifs : Bel appartement lumineux, très bien situé, et confortable.

Points négatifs : Il serait bien de prévoir un tapis de bain et un torchon de cuisine

Would recommend, very clean.

Points positifs : Clean and tidy room. Closeby to place the la nation, where you can travel by metro to pretty much anywhere in patis.

Points négatifs : The shower and bathroom is a little bit on the small side. For a big guy like myself it was too small

Nice bright and airy studio close to metro line.

Points positifs : Great location close to metro. Spacious room and nice decor. Powerful shower, water hot! Nice area with shops close by. Photos accurate

Points négatifs : Shower very small with a high step.. Narrow stairs quite dark when you come from outside. Cupboards high and difficult to reach for short person. Could do with a fan so you could leave windows closed at night, thus to avoid noise.

Nice studio at convenient location for exploring Paris

Points positifs : Very nice studio at convenient location. The metro station is about 5min walking distance and it takes you straight to the main attractions in about 25min. In front of the building is the boulangerie and cafes, you can find supermarkets very close as well. The studio is perfect for the couple and is a proper place to rest after long and exhausitng days of exploring.

Points négatifs : I believe soap for the hands could be provided at least. Also, tube of the shower should be replaced as the current one has the hole and the water is leaking. Check-in is from 3pm on but we came around 4pm. However, there was still the cleaning staff finishing their service so we waited about 10min before entering. It was not the problem for us and the guys were really nice and polite but if we had come at 3pm it would be bothering to wait for 1.5.hour.

Points positifs : Clean and simple. Super close to the metro station and a close walk to nearby restaurants in arr 11.

Great location but a tiny studio

Points positifs : The studio is full of the artistic decoration we like, and the studio has everything we needed for staying, the bed is good, the host was very helpful to give very good information we need for the transport, Christmas markets and restaurants. It is easy to collect the key for the studio on arrival. the location is great, very easy to reach the metro and the train station.

Points négatifs : The bathroom is very small, and , the shower area is too small for a big person. The kitchen is small, no table for the electric kettle and microwave, as the dinner table is small, we only placed the microwave and the kettle on the floor when we used them.

Points positifs : Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metra i sklepów.

Points positifs : Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: blisko kilku stacji metra. W okolicy piekarnie i małe restauracje. Aneks kuchenny mikroskopijny, ale bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Mogłyśmy wcześniej zostawić bagaże - bardzo za to dziękujemy.

Points négatifs : Mieszkanie jest na II piętrze, wejście po dość stromych schodach. Dla nas nie był to problem, ale dla innych osób może być, a w ogłoszeniu brak informacji na ten temat. Okna wychodzą na głośną ulicę, przy otwartych oknach jest głośno do późnych godzin nocnych. Mieszkanie jest małe, ale zmieściłaby się tam bez problemu szafa na ubrania - tego zdecydowanie brakuje.

Me senti em casa

Points positifs : Além de estar em uma localização excelente, com fácil acesso ao metro que tem ligação com várias linhas, o espaço é aconchegante e tranquilo. Me senti em casa, mesmo não estando no meu continente. Quando voltar a Paris, essa com certeza será a minha primeira opção.

Comfortable i ben comunicat.

Points positifs : És molt comfortable i et sents com a casa. Es pot descansar bé, està bastant a prop del centre, i està molt ben comunicat.

Points négatifs : Els veïns són una mica sorollosos però també es respecten les hores de la nit, pel que es pot descansar bé. També hem trobat a faltar algun drap de cuina per si cuines a l’allotjament. La resta perfecte!
