Points positifs : La localisation du studio formidable. l'endroit calme car un peu réculé de la grande Av.Mc Mahon mais métro, bus, petit commerce, restaurant accessible à qq minutes de marche. l'équipement du coin cuisine parfait. Le gérant Maxime très attentif, autorsation d'arrivée tardive et le départ vers midi. Merci Decidé d'y revenir lors de la prochaine visite à Paris.

Points négatifs : le chien de la concièrge trop nerveux et ns faisait peur à chaque passage

Maxime (hôte) été très disponible et à l'écoute.

Points positifs : Le studio est identique à la description et proche de toutes les commodités (resto, supermarché....). L'arc de Triomphe est à 350m. Je remercie Maxime pour sa réactivité et flexibilité.

Points négatifs : Le studio est situé au 5ème étage et l'ascenseur est en panne.

Amazing apartment in great location!!!

Points positifs : We had small issue with that property, nothing drastic, but they sorted it very quick and they upgraded to bigger one and with much better location. The apartment was spacious and sparkling clean, and very modern.

Great stay

Points positifs : The apartment was in a great location, downstairs there is a shop, restaurants, near the metro. The hostess was very nice and gave recommendations, the instructions on how to get to the apartment were clear. There was everything you need to cook. The environment was beautiful. The only downside was the sofa - bed, it was not comfortable, but it was fine for the trip. I think if there was a bed instead of a sofa the apartment would be a solid 10. We would definitely consider coming back again. 🙂

Excellent staycation close to Arc de Triomphe & Champs Elysees

Points positifs : This is my 2nd trip to Paris and this staycation is my favorite among the hotels I've stayed in Paris. This is because it's easy to go everywhere, the location is only 100m by walking distance to metro station, close to Arc de Troimphe & 800m to Champs Elysees. Besides that there are many cafes, patisseries and also groceries around this area. Studio units are also larger than most hotels in Paris and feel like staying at home. Maxime was very helpful throughout our stay & we thank him for allowing us to check in early and check out late because our flight was at 6pm. You have to walk 50m from the studio location to collect key when checking in and must read the instructions carefully. Overall I am satisfied & would like to stay here again when I vacation in Paris again.

Points négatifs : There is an unpleasant smell in the lobby before entering the elevator

Points positifs : The room was wide and comfortable and the colours were relaxing. The lights were comfortable. I liked the big window with lovely view. The wifi was great and fast.

Points négatifs : There wasn’t house keeping service. But I like that they put for me extra tissues and extra coffee so I don’t have to worry about going to the store to bring more.

Points positifs : Расположение отоичное. Кухонный уголок очень хорошо оборудован. Чистый апартаменты, есть все необходимое.

Ótimo custo benefício em Paris!

Points positifs : Muito próximo ao Arco do Triunfo, 10 minutos caminhando até a estação de metrô Champs Elysees. Sofá cama fácil de montar e confortável. Tamanho do apartamento bom para duas pessoas. Tem elevador no prédio, o que é quase um luxo em Paris. A pessoa que falava comigo através do Booking deu todo suporte e atenção! Encontramos uma brasileira que mora em Paris e recomendamos o apartamento para ela oferecer aos amigos que pedem indicação de hotéis para ela. Tem um mercado na porta ao lado e outro atravessando a rua na próxima quadra.

Points négatifs : Para ter acesso à chave do apartamento foi confuso. Eles deram um número na rua, mas não falaram que era dentro do Carrefour com uma pessoa que cuidava do caixa. Esta informação teria facilitado muito. No apartamento poderia ter um pouco mais de utensílios para a cozinha.
