Good location, well presented apartment, great for group or larger family.

Points positifs : Great location, lovely apartment. 4 bedrooms was a huge bonus.

Points négatifs : Building works notified two days prior to arrival! Only affected last day though.

A formidable stay in the heart of Paris

Points positifs : Great location, in the heart of Paris, walking distance to Le Louvre and Les Halles. Quiet street and many shops and restaurants nearby, including a mini supermarket. The rooms and living room are nicely decorated, and kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need if you fancy cooking. There was a dining table sitting for 8! Plenty of space for a Parisian flat! We were a group of 8 adults in 4 rooms, one had en-suite shower and one with a bathtub. The washer-dryer was a nice bonus as it was raining during our stay but we could wash and dry our clothes before our departure.

Points négatifs : No lift but that didn’t bother us as we didn’t have heavy luggage to carry up.

Beautiful place for larger families/grozp of friends

Points positifs : Very well maintained, organized and equiped for tourist stays. Everything was well explained and I highly reccomend staying here.

Points positifs : Amazing location, very central and close to transport and good value for money for a trip with friends - very clean and luxury appeal.

Points négatifs : There are only 2 toilets (while the website advertised 3) - my bedroom had sewage smell and you couldn't open the door of the shower without hitting the sink. I had to shower with the door open as I was scared to break it. In the other bedroom with the bath tub, the drainage was bad and the water would come out from the bottom of the bath tub and the sink was overflowing as soon as you open the water tap.

Points positifs : All rooms have a good size, high end refurbished flat

Points négatifs : No Wi-Fi, pillows were not very comfortable

Points positifs : Struttura curata nei dettagli e con tutto o confort necessari. Ottima per accogliere otto persone comodamente. Due stanze matrimoniali hanno lavello e doccia o vasca da bagno in camera. Le late due possono servirsi di un bagno con doccia. Presente un altro wc con lavello. Posizione strategica per visitare Parigi anche muovendosi a piedi. Stazione della metro a qualche centinaio di metri. Consigliatissimo. Check in e check out in autonomia.

Points positifs : Шикарная квартира с шикарным ремонтом и всеми удобствами, расположение ещё лучше, до Лувра 20 минут пешком, рядом станция метро и много магазинов и лавочек. В самой квартире хорошие средства гигиены, приятно порадовало количество санузлов
