Lovely stay in nice area of Paris. Close to all landmarks and many eating places to suit all tastes.
Points positifs : Location was in a nice area of Paris and close to many bars and restaurants. We all felt safe walking around. Good wi-fi coverage. Good instructions for apartment facilities.
Points négatifs : Probably a bigger sofa, as there were four of us. Cigarette butts on outside widow sill, as it wasn’t nice to look at.

Beautiful spacious apartment in amazing location
Points positifs : Great location , safe and within walking distance of Louvre and just outside metro for trip to Eiffel Tower. Only one very short flight of stairs to apartment, extremely easy to get in and out of apartment. Johanna was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had. Beautiful clean apartment, modern and spacious. Two separate bathrooms , two bedrooms. Two flat screen TVs. We were delighted with the facilities and space. Soaps and Hair gel lovely addition and much appreciated. We couldn’t believe the value of our stay , given the very affordable price we paid !

Pluses outweigh the single negative aspect, would gladly book again!
Points positifs : Pretty, little but certainly a nice place, most value was given by having early check-in and on day of departure host accommodated their office for luggage store, so there was no need to traverse the city with carry on or search for separate luggage hold. Location is truly exceptional. Everything is as shown on pictures, so there was no surprise.
Points négatifs : The one thing that could be better would require a major renovation - better insulated windows to reduce outside noise, at the present it is almost as-if being straight on the street, especially when sleeping on sofa; in two rooms - things aren't as bad. Would be nice if property would include a floor plan for clarity, then there would be no confusion about apartment layout and where things are.

O lugar perfeito para se hospedar em Paris!
Points positifs : Gostamos de tudo. Porém, o grande destaque é a organização da anfitriã Johanna! Ela enviou o acesso a um site com todo o detalhamento do apto. Há vídeos, por exemplo, ensinando como usar os aparelhos eletrodomésticos. Nunca tinha visto tamanha organização! Ademais, o apto é amplo, bem decorado, moderno, e com eletrodomésticos novos. Impecável!

חוויה טובה בהחלט. הדירה מתאימה בהחלט ל- 4 -5 מבוגרים. המיקום מצויין.
Points positifs : אהבנו את המיקום של הדירה, את התקשורת באמצעות המייל והאפליקציה. האבזור של המטבח היה טוב, כלל מספיק צלחות וכוסות. ההפרדה בין השירותים לחדרים - אנחנו אהבנו. האבזור של הדירה שכלל מדיח כלים, מכונת כביסה, מכונת קפה, תנור וכיריים, אפשרו לנו להכין את הארוחות כמו שאנחנו אוהבים כמו כן, הסרטונים שצורפו כיצד להפעיל כל מוצר חשמלי עזר מאוד.
Points négatifs : סך הכל הייתה חוויה טובה מהחדר. יחד עם זאת, לדעתי יש מספר נקודות שאפשר לשפר: 1. היה רק מפתח אחד, כך שאם מעוניינים להתפצל זה מהווה קצת בעיה. 2. היה חסרים תצלומים ברורים יותר של החדרים ודרי המקלחות... לא הייתה דלת מפרידה במקלחות הפרטיות שבתוך החדרים. 3. השירותים, לדעתי, היה קטן מדיי מבחינת המרחק לדלת. 4. המחיר היה מעט גבוה לתמורה שקיבלנו. 5. היה חסר לי, להיפגש פיזית עם נציג של הדירה. 6. ממליץ להוסיף גם כריות גדולות יותר. לקריאה או צפיה בטלוויזיה זה יותר נוח.

Posizione eccezionale
Points positifs : Appartamento comodo e ben accessoriato, posizione spettacolare che permette di raggiungere a piedi (ed in degli splendidi quartieri) la maggior parte delle attrazioni parigine. Consigliato!

Points positifs : The location was great. Very close to restaurants, bars and easy to walk to the Seine and tourist sights.
Points négatifs : The pillows were too thin and soft.
