Perfect position but facilities need upgrading - considering the €€€ we paid
Points positifs : Location perfect. We stayed here 3 months ago and returned to a new bed and microwave- both fortunately replaced. Close to our favourite restaurants and places to revisit.
Points négatifs : As was the case last year the TV does not work. 2 lengthy phone calls to booking.com fruitless! A young man appeared one day said the box was broken and would return! Never saw him again! Instructions were pointless. There was NO broom, dishwasher or washing products. No paper towel, coffee pods, foil, etc or welcome products. Every apt we have stayed in has provided something such as oil , salt and pepper, tea towels. Most of the plates were badly chipped , only 2 coffee mugs. The iron did not work. The owner needs to upgrade many items including the frypan!

This was an excellent apartment for our nine day visit to Paris.
Points positifs : Excellent location. Spacious for this part of Paris. Very secure. Quiet at night.
Points négatifs : Kitchen wasn’t very well equipped. Had to buy our own wine glasses. Microwave didn’t have a turntable plate.

Points positifs : De ligging was fantastisch! Goede documentatie bij intrede.
Points négatifs : Het was heel donker in het appartement en niet alle stopcontacten werkten. Goed om weten dat de aangegeven parking op de papieren, enkel voor abonnees zijn.

Incredible location Easy access to Restaurants, sites & so much more.
Points positifs : Easy code system Great booklet emailed prior to travel...( only suggestion is they could print one to have on site for easy reference about the rest of the units features)
Points négatifs : Two showers but just one Toilet ( it is the hall bathroom so was EASY to share )

Points positifs : The location for a first time trip to Paris with college-aged children was perfect!
Points négatifs : It didn’t affect us, but if the temps had been anywhere above 75, it would have been uncomfortably hot at night.

Points positifs : L'ambiente molto di charme, arredamento di gusto, suppellettili da cucina completi.
Points négatifs : Molto rumoroso se si necessita di tenere le finestre aperte per il caldo, altrimenti nessun problema di rumore. Non ci sono appendiabiti per appendere vestiti, ma sop.rattutto non ci sono in bagno per appendere gli asciugamani.

Ideal para dedicarle tiempo a París.
Points positifs : Excelente ubicación, junto al Boulevard Saint German, con mucho movimiento, y los restaurantes abiertos hasta tarde, como acostumbramos a cenar los argentinos. Muy cómoda la recepción de llaves, y las aperturas de puertas, todas con clave alfanumérica. Muy completa la cocina y accesorios de la misma (cafetera, cocina, horno, microondas, 2 heladeras, etc etc) Muy bien modernizada la propiedad.

Hidden gem in the Latin Quarter
Points positifs : We loved our stay at this flat. My wife and I had been to Paris before, so we had a good idea we wanted to be in the Latin quarter and this flat/location did not disappoint. 10-15 minute walk to The Louvre and Notre Dame. Varying train stops within minutes (plus numerous bus options). Plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and grocery stores right outside the door. We loved the double door-windows/balcony. Allowed for great ventilation, but was wonderful to pull up a chair and people watch/relax. Building is very secure - 2 different entry code doors and a keyed doors. Having multiple bathrooms was a plus with 2 kids (10 & 7). Highly recommend Pepites, which is a wine bar directly below the flat (noise was never an issue).
