Points positifs : L'environnement. La propreté. L'équipement. Le calme.

Excellent rapport qualité prix en plein coeur de Paris.

Points positifs : L'hôte qui gère l'établissement est très réactif et é réagi très vite quand j'avais des questions. L'appartement est idéalement situé, près de République et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour travailler et dormir.

Points positifs : Très facile d'accès, très bien insonorisé, fonctionnel et très propre, supérette à 1 min à pied

Cosy très bon rapport qualité-prix

Points positifs : Ce n'est certes pas un palace mais il paraît très difficile de se loger aussi bien à Paris à un tel prix 🙂 J' ai été bien accueilli. C'est propre confortable et fonctionnel et plutôt près du centre que ça soit à pied ou en métro

Perfect for a city break

Points positifs : Initial impressions were not good as the entrance hall is scruffy and in need of updating. However, upon entering the apartment we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities and cleanliness. Also, despite being in the lively district of St-Denis, it was very quiet at night with a comfortable bed and the added bonus of a washing machine. If you like walking, it is only a 30 minute walk to the attractions and is only around the corner from Goncourt Metro Station. Would highly recommend for a city break.

Points négatifs : The shower was a little on the small side and the shower head was in need of repair.

Excellent value for money, hassle free apartment!

Points positifs : I didn't have to go pick keys up anywhere, just used a code and get the keys in the building, it was perfect! No hassle for either party and I could be there at the time I wanted/needed to be there without any waiting involved. The unit was clean and clutter free, temperature was ideal, it had everything I needed, the bed was comfy and the lighting was very nice too. Shower worked well, toilet (flushing) was a bit temperamental but it all worked well. It was a comfortable stay!

Points négatifs : The unit is directly above an event venue, they were having some party the day I went and the music was very loud (as in, the floor was vibrating) until midnight. Thankfully they did stop at midnight and I could sleep, but also fortunately I didn't need to sleep early, if I had to sleep early that would've been a major problem. Also, there is no wifi, which was ok for me but a good point of improvement.

Points positifs : 位置很好，離地鐵站近，去哪裡都方便 空間感很好，也有廚房可以自己去旁邊超市買東西自己回來煮 最喜歡的應該是可以洗衣服

Points négatifs : 沒有吹風機有點遺憾，頭髮長度及胸，在秋天只有十度的晚上不太敢洗頭，沒吹乾會頭痛 但是我自己沒有注意到設備清單裡面沒有寫到

Points positifs : Ruime flat, voorzien van alles dat je nodig zou kunnen hebben.

Points positifs : Great location, kind owner who allowed me to check in early as I was running around Paris for work (very much appreciated), value for money was good

Points négatifs : no amenities - was no soap for the shower or toothpaste. I know it's not obligatory, but would have been appreciated (even little ones that hotels provide) in order to complete the otherwise v good value experience
