Cozy studio apartment in Paris.

Points positifs : Nice and clean very cozy apartment. The location is perfect surrounded with bakeries, cafe's and quick access to metro and bus.

Points positifs : Good location, self check-in, literally 1 minute walking to metro station.

Points négatifs : An apartment is really small, also if you have sensitive sleep - you might have a problem, as you can hear neighbours walking outside the apartment (steps and floors are wooden, so it is noisy). Sometimes you can feel vibration from metro.

Points positifs : Everything. Apartment is so cute. There are literally everything you need, even more. It is a little bit smaller but totally enough for two of us! Host was so pleasant. Metro station is like 50 steps away. Everything was just perfect!

Points positifs : The property is one step (literally) away from the tube (the best possible location). It has couple of affordable cafes and supermarkets in 3 min walking distance. Tall ceilings kinda help’s with a feeling of a small room.

Points positifs : Very good location. While walking out the metro exit, then you can see the apartment. The owner is nice, helping me a lot when I have questions and replying fast. A good experience!

Points positifs : Great location, managed by a nice host who gave us some good recommendations for pastry shops close by. Also accommodated us with an early check in which was really helpful.

Points négatifs : It is a bit smaller than what appears in the photos and the bedding and bathroom could have been cleaner.

Todo lo que necesitábamos para una estancia perfecta.

Points positifs : Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario, tal cual se describe en el anuncio. La ubicación inmejorable, en una avenida que cuenta con todo tipo de servicios (bares, panaderías, supermercados,…), y justo al lado de la línea 9 de metro, lo que nos facilitó desplazarnos por la ciudad. Un anfitrión de 10, muy atento en todo momento y asegurándose de que todo estuviese bien. Sin duda, volveríamos a repetir nuestra estancia aquí. ¡Muy recomendado!

Points positifs : Хозяин апартаментов очень дружелюбен, мил, и приятен! Месторасположение хорошее, метро сразу у подъезда. Красивые места! Отсутствие кондиционера компенсировано маленьким портативным, приятно! Шампанское на велком-дринк! И!!! Разрешили заселиться раньше!

Points négatifs : Раскладной диван - зачётный, но для требовательной к комфорту спины не очень боагосклонен. Очень высокая слышимость происходящего на лестнице и улице.
