Refurbished Apartment - 2BD-8P - Place D'Italie

Points positifs : It was clean and tidy, with all the amenities. The let us stay an extra hour due to the fact that we had children. We are thankful for that.

Points négatifs : They should buy curtains that covers the whole window on the living room. The apt is located on the ground floor and as a result everyone who passed was watching inside the house. This a potential security problem for your staff etc.

Nice apartment in an area with great connections to the city center

Points positifs : The apartment is new, clean and supplied with all the necessary equipment. Although not in the downtown, the convenient transport made the apartment great to explore the city. The house manager is helpful and answers to all the questions almost immediately.

Points négatifs : The apartment is on the ground floor and you could be easily viewed from the street.

4 day visit at the apartment

Points positifs : The apartment seemed quite new. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Both bedrooms had seperate toilets which was great.

Points négatifs : There were no windows which you could open to air the apartment. Also the outside door lock did no work properly and on the second day of our stay the door lock broke and we could not lock the door anymore. We waisted a day of our travel staying in and waiting for our accommodator to arrange the fixing of the door/door lock.

Points positifs : Las camas eran bastante cómodas, también la ducha estaba buena.

Points négatifs : No pudimos ocupar la cocina, y la cafetera no funcionaba bien. La mesa es demasiado grande para el lugar.

Points positifs : Апартаменты были очень комфортными , чистыми , удобные кровати, достаточно места для комфортного размещения 7 людей. Видно , что апартаменты новые . Наличие двух ванных комнат - однозначно преимущество при размещении большого количества людей. Апартаменты расположены в отличном месте , рядом магазины продуктовые , кофейни, пекарни . Рядом расположен транспорт , с помощью которого можно добраться до любого места . Быстрые ответы на вопросы и поддержка по телефону - на высшем уровне!

Points négatifs : Апартаменты находятся на первом этаже и окна не закрываются до конца шторами, ты не чувствуешь себя комфортно . Недостаточно вентиляции, было очень влажно . Неточная инструкция по заселению

Apartamento ótimo, confortável, grande, moderno, com camas confortáveis.

Points positifs : A facilidade para pegar as chaves e a oportunidade de deixar as malas na acomodação antes do horário do check-in sem qualquer custo adicional. Além disso, o apartamento tem um tamanho excelente, com quartos bem espaçosos, banheiros grandes, com pia dupla, chuveiro delicioso. A cozinha toda bem equipada, e ainda há uma máquina de lava e seca. As camas, os produtos de higiene e os lençois e toalhas são maravilhosos, dignos de hotelaria.

Points négatifs : Apesar de a cozinha ser equipada até com máquina de lavar louça, senti falta de um microondas para aquecer as refeições rapidas ou um leite, antes de dormir. Além disso, uma vez que o apartamento fica visível a quem passa na rua, acredito que a cortina não é adequada, obrigando a ficarmos o tempo todo com os blackouts fechados para garantir alguma privacidade - ou seja, fica escuro o tempo todo. Uma persiana resolveria a questão da privacidade sem impedir a iluminação.

Points positifs : Czystość,wystrój i wyposażenie na bardzo wysokim poziomie.

Points négatifs : Brak firan, rolet bądź żaluzji w oknach, co powodowało, że nie można w dzień odsłonić okien, gdyż ludzie chodzący po chodniku zaglądają do wnętrza.

Points positifs : Помешкання нове у ньому є все .... рушники чистенькіі і багато, посуду багато. Наша сім'я складається з 4 осіб але без проблем може бути компанія більшою як мінімум на 2 особи. Стильне помешкання з стильним ремонтом. Ми задоволені, хотіли продовжити наше перебування ще на день, але нажаль вже була резерва(((. Помешкання укомплектовано на вищому рівні.

Points négatifs : Помешкання має окремий вхід з вулиці що трохи збентежило моїх дітей)))
