Lovely stay in Paris
Points positifs : The apartment was very comfortable, had everything you would need: wi-fi, tv, kitchen with coffee machine and coffee capsules and very functional bathroom. It's inside the courtyard, so no views, but also no noise from the street.
Points négatifs : The walls are not quite soundproof, so you can hear people in the apartment next door and upstairs. My French friend from Paris tells me it is quite normal in Paris, so just need to remember the ear plugs next time.

A great place to spend time in Paris for a reasonable price and with an excellent hostess
Points positifs : The apartments are located in the city center, 3 minutes from the metro station and 20 minutes on foot from the train station. There are several small grocery stores nearby where you can buy everything you need. The rooms in the apartment are bright and warm, an excellent boiler allows you to take a hot shower. The kitchen is not very big, but it has everything you need. The hostess Chloe was friendly, the check-in instructions were clear, and she was always in touch. (Thank you, Chloe!). There were three of us living in the apartment (two adults and a 10-year-old child) and it was a little cramped for us. But this is a great place for a couple!
Points négatifs : The house is located in the city center, 3 minutes from the metro station - this is a plus. But the problem of the old building is poor sound insulation and the lack of an elevator (if you have large suitcases, you will have to carry them to the 3rd floor)

Practical, cozy, and clean.
Points positifs : It is near the Republique subway station, so we were one or two trains of distance of most attractios.
Points négatifs : The building is in an alley, so it initially feels unsafe. But the passage is very well illuminated at night, with commerce and people passing through all day.

Points négatifs : Aufstieg über 55 Stufen durch renovierungsbedürftiges Treppenhaus (für mobile Menschen aber sicher kein Problem)

Points positifs : Had to book last minute and Chloe was very accommodating and responsive about an early checkin which helped our child take a nap. We loved the location and the apartment had everything we needed. Thank you!

We loved the location.
Points positifs : The location is fabulous. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The host was accommodating and made collecting the keys easy. She was always available for help, which was appreciated.
Points négatifs : We're normal sized people, but if you were overweight, you wouldn't fit in the shower at all.

Points positifs : Alles war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zu Chloe war sehr zuverlässig und freundlich.
Points négatifs : Das Treppenhaus war schon sehr alt und kaputt, mit schiefen Treppen und offenem Strom an den Wänden. Sehr dunkel und renovierungsbedürftig. Das Apartment selbst ist aber top, nur ein wenig mehr indirekte Beleuchtung hätten wir uns gewünscht, z. B. eine Nachttischlampe oder eine Stehlampe.
