Amazing view (better than the photos), but let down by the sofa bed & small conveniences
Points positifs : The location is great. The view of the Eiffel tower is better than shown in the photos (it seems so much closer in real life). We spent hours sitting on the balcony soaking in the view. At night, we enjoyed the light show on the hour. Access is easy with a metro station a minute's walk away (the station has a lift, so you can avoid any stairs). There are a couple of supermarkets within 5mins walk as well as a great boulangerie. There is a taxi rank across the road.
Points négatifs : The bed! The bed is a sofa bed - an instrument of torture that was impossible to sleep on. We resorted to putting the mattress on the floor and sleeping there. While the view is fantastic, we felt like the owners are relying on that and ignoring simple conveniences. There is an odd assortment of glasses, and cooking was made difficult by the absence of a sharp knife and a spatula.

Stylish studio with an amazing view
Points positifs : I’m really enjoying my stay in this studio. The view is amazing! The studio has everything you need, including a bath and cleaning supplies. The location is perfect — within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, the Louvre, and the Musée d'Orsay. Metro, RER, and bus stops are also just around the corner. There are plenty of supermarkets and boulangeries nearby, so you can easily pick up fresh baguettes and croissants for breakfast. The space is small, but it was perfect for me as a solo-traveler. The sofa bed was comfortable, though it might be a bit tight for two persons.

Points négatifs : Wish there was hand soap, body wash and shampoo. The lift was old and bit scary to get into

Points positifs : Терраса стоит того, чтобы выбрать эти апартаменты! мы не ожидали, что Эйфелева башня будет так близко. фото не передают всю красоту! локация отличная, вечером безопасно, супермаркеты и бистро в 5-10 минутах ходьбы. интерьер приятный, есть все удобства. мы не готовили, но было всё, даже мини-посудомойка. очень подробные инструкции, как попасть в квартиру. и нам получилось в 2 раза выгоднее заказать ночью такси в аэропорт через владельца, чем через другие сервисы! общение онлайн, никакого личного взаимодействия, все супер!!
Points négatifs : диван-кровать невероятно скрипит и пружинит) если бы я была одна, возможно, я бы не справилась с раскладыванием дивана. очень рекомендую владельцу поменять на полноценную кровать. от этого не станет тесно. но при этом спина не болела ни разу. поверьте, это ничто по сравнению с плюсами апартаментов.
