Perfect experience

Points positifs : The location of the apartment is amazing. It is very close to the Eiffel Tower, nice restaurants, grocery stores, metro and bus stations. Also, it has everything you need for a comfortable living (functional kitchen, nice bathroom, plenty of space). The apartment is very cozy and we felt like home.

A wonderful retreat and base for ex ploration.

Points positifs : Location. Close to many excellent venues. Convenient for supermarket, metro, boat trips. Additional extras ....shampoo, body lotion, coffee pods, kitchen rolls, cleaning products, tissues. Character. Charismatic history. Host. Easy to contact and very supportive. Lift. Quirky but hugely convenient.

Points négatifs : Noise from other people in the building was at times intrusive and disruptive. Seemed to be some building work going on in a neighbouring apartment. Nothing that the owner could control and we tolerated it because the benefits far out weighed the negatives.

Points positifs : The location is excellent, the Metro station is close, the flat is clean, the bed is convenient.

Points négatifs : If add a second bedside table, a foot towel and tea cups, it will be quite good.

Alojamento muito bom para casais ou famílias de 3 pessoas.

Points positifs : Praticamente tudo. O responsável foi sempre muito prestável e preocupado. O local é muito bom, perto da torre Eiffel numa zona muito calma com supermercados perto

Points positifs : Near Eiffel Tower, a few blocks from metro. Lots of room, nice to have clothes washer. No dryer but hanging rack and fan. Comfy bed. Big fan in bedroom. Big enough fridge. Enough kitchen items, once I found them in low drawer. Small elevator but big enough for one person plus luggage.

Points négatifs : Two steps up to elevator, elevator too small for wheelchair. Could use bigger fan in living room. No air conditioning (we were there during August heatwave). Really have to slam the door to get it to close. Neighbors were quiet but some street noise.
