Cosy apartment with great location

Points positifs : Great location, comfortable bed and sofa! It’s cosy apartment with no damage deposit! And it was worth it!

Points négatifs : Stairs…but we know it beforehand..Broken window and nobody react. You should check every window beforehand! It’s not the problem of your clients to solve it during their vacation! Also I would advice you to change new floor. It’s old!

Lovely apartment close to champs elysees and lots of amenities!

Points positifs : Excellent location and well equipped. Comfortable bed and coffee and basic bathroom supplies provided for arrival. Very comfortable apartment to stay in, close to champs elysees and metros for access. Lovely little wine bar/tapas across the road. We hope to be back and stay here again :)

Points négatifs : Would have been useful to have a couple of dishwasher/washing machine tablets. Otherwise it was great. Be warned for those with mobility issues there is a lot of stairs and no lift!

A great base to explore Paris with landmarks, shopping and dining at your doorstep.

Points positifs : Everything was comfortable and clean, in good working order. The kitchen was very well equipped. I enjoyed staying right in the middle of the most famous landmarks. The property felt very secure too.

Points négatifs : There are a lot of stairs, but actually the extra exercise is a good way to burn off the extra calories. The surrounding food options are amazing.

Points négatifs : Apartamento é no 4 andar, subir as escadas com as malas e após o dia turistando é cansativo, mas sabemos que isso é normal em Paris!

Points positifs : Location was great, the apartment worked for 2 adults and 2 teens, well equipped, warm, nice kitchen, good beds. Communication and info for checking in and out was perfect

Points négatifs : The toilet is very small, the 4th floor is high by stairs, looks smaller than the photos but works great.

Points positifs : Ubicación excelente, zona tranquila y muy cómoda para moverse por la ciudad. Cama y sofá-cama cómodas.

Points négatifs : Un 4º piso sin ascensor. Le daría una limpieza un poco mas profunda.

Ευχάριστη διαμονή στο Παρίσι κοντά σε πολύ σημαντικά αξιοθέατα.

Points positifs : Η τοποθεσία εάν θέλετε να μείνετε κοντά στον πύργο του Άιφελ, την Αψίδα του Θριάμβου και τη champs elysses είναι εξαιρετική. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει τα πάντα και έχει ωραίες πινελιές διακόσμησης. Το κρεβάτι είναι άνετο και ο καναπές είναι ίσως ο καλύτερος που έχουμε δοκιμάσει σε τέτοιου είδους καταλύματα. Η επικοινωνία με την εταιρεία διαχείρισης ήταν άριστη. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει μόνο σκάλες και είναι στον 4ο όροφο. Είναι επίσης ασφαλές.

Alojamiento súper recomendable para visitar Paris a pie

Points positifs : El apartamento está en el centro en una zona previligiada, a pocos pasos del metro, supermercado, farmacia,etc… está completamente nuevo, y no le falta de nada. Cuidan cada detalle a la perfección. Es silencioso y perfecto para moverte por Paris. Nos han tratado de 10 y mi nota es EXECELENTE

Points négatifs : Nada negativo todo nos encantó, solo si alguien tiene problemas de movilidad hay que tener en cuenta que es un cuarto piso sin ascensor.
