We really liked the apartment and would go again. It’s great value, stylish, well-equipped and clean.
Points positifs : Small but stylish, well-equipped and clean. Ideal for our four-day visit. Great value for central Paris. We really liked it.
Points négatifs : Minor gripes were distance from Metro, a little noisy at night due to nearby bars and it’s not accessible to those with impaired mobility (although it was OK for us). However, overall we liked the apartment a lot and would definitely return.

Bright and comfortable well appointed studio flat, but in a bit of a scary area (at night)
Points positifs : The apartment itself is lovely, bright and well appointed. There is a comfortable sofa bed as well as a comfortable small double bed. It’s easy to cool the apartment down by opening the windows and letting air flow through the whole place. It’s a 20 minute walk from Gare de Nord. But the streets that it is on are quite rough and felt a bit alarming at night. It could do with a soap dispenser in the shower and a hook by the shower/basin for a towel. There were towels and a shower mat available in the drawer under the bed but they were not left out so it took a while to discover them. Apart from these very minor issues the flat was overall a very comfortable place to stay which we would recommend.
Points négatifs : The local area being a bit dodgy.

Points positifs : I was very satisfied with my stay in the apartment in Paris. The location is excellent, with metro stations for two lines nearby, making it very easy to get around the city. There are also two pubs in the vicinity, which is great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The key pickup was very straightforward; the location for collecting the keys is close to the apartment, which made the overall experience even more convenient.
Points négatifs : I truly didn’t notice any downsides, and I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay in Paris!

Nice flat in Paris
Points positifs : Location was good. Subway is near. Host was really helpful. I have no difficulty to get the key and get into the flat. Flat is clean, recently renovated. Wash machine and small kitchen was so nice. Distance from Paris est train station was close so I was on foot to get there.
Points négatifs : There are two pubs (or bar?) at the ground level. Noise level was hard to ignore. But it something guest must deal with.

Points positifs : Giulia, was a very kind and supportive host, she helped us with everything. The accomodation was really nice, cozy and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. The flat is located close to the city centre with easily access to the metro lines 11 and 2.

Superb apartment and great value for money
Points positifs : The apartment was great, layout and sizes was more than enough to be comfortable for two people. Everything was clean and proper, bed was really comfortable. Location was great as well, close to the canal which is a great area and the metro. Host was really helpful and responsive.
Points négatifs : The neighbours were sometimes noisy, but that is not a surprise in a Parisian apartment. During the evening it wasn't disturbing though. With earplugs it was okay to sleep.

Points positifs : El apartamento es muy agradable, tal y como se describe en las fotos. Solo faltó el gel de ducha, pero tenía café, azúcar... Es muy aireado, a pesar del calor, con las ventanas a dos calles y el ventilador, no necesita aire acondicionado. Giulia, aunque solo hablamos por mensajes, encantadora y atenta. Recomiendo hacer las compras en los Franprix cercanos, no en el Lidl.
Points négatifs : El sofá no es cama realmente y el barrio está un poco degradado, al menos en agosto, las bonitas tiendas de las fotos están cerradas y descuidadas. Aconsejo evitar el boulevard de la Villette por la noche, en vez de la parada de Belville, es mejor parar en Goncourt o en Colonel Fabien y hacer la ruta de vuelta por otras calles, sobre todo si vas con niños.

Eigentlich perfekt, aber ...
Points positifs : Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und absolut sicher. Die Umgebung ist multi-kulti und besonders von jungen Leuten geprägt. Zum Pariser Zentrum, z. B. Hotel de Ville ist es ist es mit der Metro wenige Minuten.
Points négatifs : Es gibt entgegen der Beschreibung keine Concierge! Der Schlüssel muss in einem kleinen Geschäft in der Nähe abgeholt werden. So weit, so gut. Da wir wussten, daß wir vor 15.00 Uhr in Paris ankommen würden, haben wir vorher angefragt, ob wir unser Gepäck unterstellen könnten. Es hieß ja, aber vor Ort war es dann nicht möglich. Ärgerlich.

Estupendo apartamento para unos días en París.
Points positifs : El apartamento es tal y como se ve en la descripción. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días descubriendo la ciudad. Giulia es muy amable y está en todo momento atenta a las necesidades de sus huéspedes. La localización es perfecta, a apenas 10min de varias paradas de metro y autobús. Muchas opciones de tiendas y restaurantes cercanas.
Points négatifs : Es difícil ducharse sin inundar el baño, quizá habría que mejorar eso.
