Points positifs : The appartment is very well placed, central, in a very safe and quiet area. There are shops, restaurants and cafés close by. The metro is within 8-10 minutes distance. I apreciated the cleanliness, the quality and attention to details in furniture and decorations. We received a welcome gift - wine, great jam and olive oil.
Points négatifs : The toilet is downstairs while the shower is upstairs and it’s a little bit strange but one gets used to that. There is a circular stair you need to climb in order to access the appartment. If you have a large luggage it can be tricky.

Absolutely amazing
Points positifs : This property is absolutely amazing - stylish, comfortable, spotless clean (and I mean it!) and has everything you might think of. We were family of 4, so 2 slept upstairs in the bedroom, 2 on sofa bed in the living room downstairs - both are extremally comfortable. Bedding, matresses - the best, although pillow was too big for me and I missed my own Tempur that I usually take with me, but that is me :), Anyway, everything in the appartment is high quality, not cheap IKEA stuff. Communication with owners was nice and easy. We really loved staying there - although a bit pricey, but worth every penny.
Points négatifs : Stairs to the appartment and in the appartment - not the most conveniant to get with 20kg luggage, but welcome to Paris :)

Faultless stay in a gorgeous well thought out condo with everything you could want.
Points positifs : We absolutely loved everything about the property and found it faultless! I always do a lot of searching before I book some where and it certainly paid off with this absolute gem. Stunning in every way.

Exceptional apartment in a great location for exploring Paris.
Points positifs : Fantastic apartment in a great location for exploring Paris. Lovely local shops for fresh bread, patisserie etc and plenty of cafe bars/restaurants. No noise in the apartment from the busy streets. We walked to lots of the attractions - Louvre, Notre Dame, Palais Garnier however the Metro is also a great way to get about Paris. The apartment itself had everything you could possibly need, clean & very comfortable with some lovely extra touches. Would definitely recommend.

Points positifs : Spacious modern flat, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. TV with all subscriptions. Good location close to metro stations and amenities.

Live like a local in a gorgeously designed luxury Paris apartment in a perfect location for shopping, bars and dining.
Points positifs : Beautifully designed luxury apartment with incredible attention to detail. Absolutely everything was very well thought out. Comfortable beds and ample lounging space. Neighborhood perfect for touristy exploring, yet felt like you were living like a local in a hip area. Restaurants, shops and highly rated bars all around. Welcome treats from Provence were a very nice touch. Recommendations and communication from the owners were much appreciated and thorough. We had the absolute best time and highly recommend.

Points positifs : Mega lokalizacja, w okolicy bardzo dużo sklepików, które maja ofertę inną niż w sieciówkach, dobra komunikacja miejska, klimatyczne knajpy:-)

Luxurious and Comfortable Home in the Heart of the Marais
Points positifs : This is one of the few properties that is actually better than the photos represent and I would make every effort to book again if/when coming back: 1. It's in a top neighborhood close to the Metro and action, but in a very quiet and safe location. 2. The home has been thoughtfully/stylishly renovated with owner-grade quality finishes and furniture. The entire home felt brand new and upscale, but very comfortable to live in, even the sofa bed! The A/C was also very effective and appreciated. 3. The hosts were very responsive and reliable, paying attention to every detail and even leaving lovely gifts for us. We loved staying here and hope that future guests will take care of this property so that others can enjoy it as much as we did!
Points négatifs : If I had to mention 1 thing, it would be the spiral staircase to get into the unit, but that was minor from my perspective and simply a factor of the architecture of the building, which is outside of the hosts' control.
