New two bedroom two bathroom apartment Paris 15 near Eiffel with air conditioning

Logement très agréable, bien placé, si besoin, j'y reviendrai

Points positifs : Pour moi l'emplacement était génial, car dans la même rue que mon frère ! Mais en dehors de ça, on est à 5 minutes à pieds du métro, sur le chemin, il y aune boulangerie, les croissants sont très bons ! Le logement est grand (pour un appartement parisien j'entends), les 2 salles de bain sont un vrai plus, même si celle du haut est petite, elle est relativement fonctionnelle ! La cuisine est de taille correcte, peut être un peu léger sur les assiettes / verres / couverts / ustensiles.

Points négatifs : Lorsqu'on entre dans le logement, il y a une odeur d'humidité qui est désagréable, mais qui disparait rapidement ! La climatisation aide à cela, et est appréciable quand il fait chaud. Par contre, il n'y avait qu'une télécommande pour les 2 clims du haut, ce qui fait que la première nuit, nous avons eu très froid, car pas accès au salon (qqn y dormait). Ah, et la boite à clé est un peu capricieuse, mais on y arrive ;-)

Points positifs : Très bon hote je recommande et n'hésiterai pas à revenir

Points positifs : La qualité des équipements, de la décoration et de l'ameublement, le côté original du bien. Mention particulière à Samuel, notre hôte, à l'écoute et très réactif.

Points positifs : It was clean, everything was in excellent condition. We had laundry facilities in the apartment, there was a large fridge/freezer which was superb and allowed us to keep food fresh. The air conditioning was a godsend. The apartment was located only 6 minutes from the Metro, ideal for going exploring.

Points négatifs : Not the property’s fault - it was noisy later at night due to people in the property next door and daily construction works first thing. Fortunately, we were going out most of the day as the roadworks started at 7.30am

Points positifs : Kitchen was nice and the coffee was excellent The appartment is spacious

Points négatifs : We had a door to the outside that was not insulated and the cold from outside entered the room Although it was newly furnished, the apartment had small shortcomings: in the small bathroom there is not enough space to use the toilet bowl, in the large bathroom you have to be careful at the corner of the bathtub located right next to the toilet, I cut myself in it The floor was dirty with white dust when I arrived, but I found a vacuum cleaner and solved it
