Points positifs : Super emplacement tout à proximité métro boutiques monuments
Points négatifs : Le ménage n’a pas été fait convenablement ( cheveux sur le carrelage )et j’ai dû nettoyer la bonde de la douche. L’écoulement doit être obstrué. A vérifier.

Points positifs : J'ai passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé au cœur de Paris. Il est très calme et bien équipé. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour d'une ou deux personnes.

Amazing location, great for solo travelers
Points positifs : Amazing location, central with many nice coffee places and cute shops around. The place was clean and smelled really nice. The hosts were great, provided all the information and were very helpful. It was easy to find and to enter the building. I would definitely stay there again.
Points négatifs : Since both windows face the small courtyard, it is a bit dark, so if staying for a longer time, might get a bit depressing.

Great location, very clean, but tiny
Points positifs : The studio was clean and well equipped. The highlight was the location - a stonethrow away from St Paul metro station, virtually the most central in Paris.
Points négatifs : The studio, especially the bathroom, was tiny. There wasn't even a surface - shelf or otherwise - to put stuff on. The bed was a fold-out sofa bed that wasn't very comfortable and could hardly fit two people.

Muy bien, ubicación inmejorable!
Points positifs : Estaba muy limpio, había cafetera, cápsulas de cortesía, agua y otras cosas, que se agradecen
Points négatifs : Estuvo todo muy bien, el departamento tiene poca luz natural porque las ventanas dan a un ducto interior, pero eso se puede ver en la publicación y considerando el precio y las instalaciones estuvo todo muy bien

A snug clean place for a solo traveler in a great location.
Points positifs : Shower worked well. Toiletry was well stocked. Fold out bed was comfortable. kitchenette was pretty well stocked.
Points négatifs : this is, I believe definitely a place for a solo traveler. It was very snug, but It fit my needs. I think it really could use a microwave. but I’m not sure what you would put it. Finally, my fast drying clothes did not dry very quickly at all. Not sure why that was.

Localização excelente. Cheiro de cigarro chato de suportar. Simpatia formal.
Points positifs : Localização excelente, apesar das obras na rua o apartamento é virado para os fundos. Da Janela se ve o interior, e o apartamento da frente, que parece abandonado. As capsulas de café e as duas aguas foram muito adequadas, juntamente com as amenidades de banho.
Points négatifs : O exaustor do banheiro que nao tem janela, nao funciona. Havia um cheiro impregnado de cigarro que se manteve por dias. As mensagens dos hostes parecem positivas, mas com fundo impositivo ficavam desagradaveis. Por exemplo: Pode deixar que nos iremos lavar a roupa de cama e as toalhas por vc. Talvez esteja tentando ser simpáticos, mas sem ser. A estrutura da cozinha poderia ser mais organizada, com gavetas praticas e um pouco de criatividade.

Points positifs : La posizione della struttura è eccellente. Gli host sono gentili e precisi, comunicano tutte le informazioni che possono essere utili.
