Beautiful Appartement 6p L004

A part le problème de bruit, très bel appartement spacieux et très confortable.

Points positifs : Appartement spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Metro à proximité et proche du Sacré Cœur, Montmartre. Bonne literie dans les 2 chambres avec salle de bain privative. Sécurisé.

Points négatifs : La grande chambre est trop bruyante car la baie vitrée donne sur la rue. On a l'impression d'avoir les passants dans la chambre. Boule quies oblige ou alors il faut se coucher vers 1h ou 2h peut-être.

Convenient and a good price

Points positifs : This was our second time staying here and very happy again :) There was a new microwave this time and it worked very well. The cooker also works. The washing machine is very good. The beds are comfortable and I noticed the broken chair has been replaced, everything was perfect. I'm unsure why this apartment has received bad reviews because it has always been great when we have stayed. It's also very close to the metro which is always handy.

Points négatifs : I liked everything

Points positifs : Location was excellent. Nice quiet, safe entrance. Food shops and good restaurants close by.

Points négatifs : There was no seal on the bottom of the shower door in the downstairs shower room. This made it impossible to use, as the flat tray meant within moments of turning the shower on. the floor of the shower room was completely flooded. In addition, a knife capable of cutting bagettes/bread would have been really useful.

Convenient and comfortable

Points positifs : The apartment was spacious with two showers and very comfortable beds. I was worried after reading the reviews but this apartment was amazing. There are screens on the outside of the kitchen windows for privacy. There is a shop opposite that sells everything you need even late at night. Most people were friendly in the area, my children were a bit excited and noisy because they were a bit unsettled due to being on a different country but the neighbour asked me nicely to contain the noise, he was not rude and i apologised. There is a washing machne and a dishwasher. Its not mouldy as the other reviews said. The apartment was very clean and close to the metro and eurostar station. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Points négatifs : The lock box was slightly tricky to use and the key was difficult to get out of the door. Somebody shouted something rude at us from above the apartment when we first arrived, but thats no fault of this property owner.

We enjoyed the apartment.

Points positifs : The owners and managers were very nice and when we locked the key inside the apartment they came and met us (albeit for a significant fee).

Points négatifs : The accommodation is over two floors connected by a very narrow and steep staircase, so it would not be ideal for everyone. It is also right on a very noisy street.

Perfect for the adventuring family

Points positifs : The apartment is very spacious and close to a key metro line for all of the largest tourist attractions. The unit is extremely clean and can be completely self contained by you and your family. Close to wonderful bakeries for an early morning coffee and pastry and supermarkets a stone throw away.

Points négatifs : Would be helpful to provide some basic instructions for the washing/dryer machine. We eventually figured out the settings after a little Google research but a simple laminated cheat sheet in the laundry would go a long way.

Really pleasant and comfortable stay in a great location!

Points positifs : A very nice place with lots of space and comfortable beds! Location was awesome. Heated towel racks and general amenities were good. Downstairs room was exceptionally quiet. Really nice en suites. We really enjoyed our stay.

Points négatifs : Only some minor basics were missing. It would have been nice to have some hand soap. There were very very small bottles of shampoo/body wash, but for daily washing of hands, we ended up buying our own hand soap. Dish soap and sponge would also have been great for quick washing of a few dishes. However, there were soap pods for the dishwasher, so not a big deal.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place!

Points positifs : The space was lovely and the beds were comfortable!

Points négatifs : Wish it had privacy blinds on the main floor for privacy and to keep the heat out! Also no toilet paper or kitchen towel.

Points positifs : Moderno, limpio y muy bien equipado, todo en el departamento se siente nuevo, parece que le dan bastante mantenimiento. Muy buena ubicación, el metro está cerca. Tiene todo lo necesario. Me encantó.

Points négatifs : Las escaleras para la habitación de abajo están un tanto peligrosas, debes tener precaución. La ubicación es buena, sin embargo no parece un barrio seguro.

Agradavél

Points positifs : Localização muito boa, muito perto da estação de metro. Apartamento espaçoso e limpo. Contato com o anfitriao foi fácil e conveniente. A estadia foi agradável. Boa internet e aquecimento.

Points négatifs : Faltam utensilios básicos que nao custariam muito e melhorariam a experiencia. Não há detergente nem esponja pra lavar a louça, sacos de lixo, toalhas de rosto. Há cozinha mas muito pouco equipada para um apartamento de 6 pessoas, não há nem uma prateleira dentro do forno. Falta de cuidado. Um dos quartos se ouve muito barulho da rua e entra muita claridade.
