Points positifs : Très joli appart, spacieux, confortable, bien équipé, bien situé tout proche de la place de la République et très calme. On s'y sent très bien. 2 douches pour 4 personnes. Cuisine bien équipé. Très propre. Lits très confortables. Une belle et grande terrasse aussi, mais on n'en a pas profité vue la météo.
Points négatifs : Pour une personne seniore comme moi, pas douée en informatique, la communication n'était pas toujours facile avec des liens par mail, que je n'ai pas pu ouvrir. Par SMS or WhatsApp c'est plus facile.

Séjour parfait
Points positifs : Calme de l'appartement. Grande terrasse, malheureusement température trop fraiche pour pouvoir en profiter. Cuisine bien équipée, literie confortable. Propreté irréprochable. Explications claires pour l'arrivée

Absolute gem of a property in a great location.
Points positifs : Great location, lovely apartment with a nice outdoor area. Felt very safe and secure. Everything we needed and more and beds were super comfortable. Pictures explaining where you need to go and what you need to do to check in was a great help. Really lovely and unique property in the best way.
Points négatifs : We had a little problem with collecting the key as you have to go to a shop and give a code in which had not been sent to us. However, called the help number, answered promptly and quickly resolved so very mild inconvenience and without that small hiccup, there would be nothing that wasn’t great.

Great!
Points positifs : Having the outdoor terrace was great. The kitchen is small but functional, the washer/dryer was a real convenience, and the A/C is about as good as one can expect in Europe. Having two showers was a real luxury for four people.
Points négatifs : Some instructions on how to set the A/C would have been nice. Use the remote to set one of the splits, then walk over to the other, point the remote at it, and turn it off then back on. Otherwise, they'll have different settings. We had some problems picking up the key because the grocery that has the lockbox was unexpectedly closed. However, the apartment manager came and let us in within 30 minutes and was very apologetic for the problem.

Un refugio ideal para tu escapada a Paris
Points positifs : Las instalaciones eran limpias y confortables. Perfectas para nuestro viaje nos proporcionó todas las comodidades que necesitabamos. El espacio de la terraza era genial... fue una pena que el tiempo no acompañara un poco más para haberlo podido disfrutar mejor. La ubicacion del apartamento era inmejorable. La comunicación con el metro, la cantidad de tiendas y restaurantes a los alredores han hecho muy cómoda nuestra estancia.
Points négatifs : Hubo un poco de descoordinación con los horarios de recogida y entrega de las llaves, pero pudimos resolverlo satisfactoriamente para todas las partes. Fueron muy colaboradores y con buena disposición por encontrar soluciones.

Nice stay in Paris
Points positifs : It’s close to the metro. The room is open and nice. The terrace is nice. There are two restrooms with showers but only one of them has a toilet. This was no problem for us but fyi for others. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. The beds were comfy!
Points négatifs : There are skylights in the restroom with other apartments above them. Even though the apartment says ground floor, once you enter then you climb 17 stairs to get to the rooms.

Perfecte locatie!
Points positifs : De locatie is echt top. Net naast een heerlijke bakker, tussen verschillende supermarktjes en eetgelegenheden. (En toch kalm om te slapen) We hadden een probleem om de sleutel op te pikken, maar dat werd perfect opgelost door Ayoub die ons niet alleen de sleutel overhandigde, maar ook hielp met onze bagage en ons wegwijs maakte in het appartement. Het appartement heeft alles wat je voor een kort verblijf nodig hebt: toaster, koffiezet, waterkoker, microgolf,… De bedden waren comfortabel. Na check out konden we onze bagage gratis achter laten op het verhuur bureau.
Points négatifs : Het kostte ons een ganse 24u om het appartement op temperatuur te krijgen. Het was er best koud. De koude komt voornamelijk van de gang beneden, misschien een gordijn hangen zodat de warmte boven blijft? De sofa en het tapijt zien er niet zo netjes meer uit. Dat doet wat afbreuk aan het anders super nette appartement.

Acogedor, cómodo y buena ubicación
Points positifs : La terraza del apartamento es muy cómoda y acogedora. También es muy silencioso: se descansa muy bien. Tiene una ubicación buena, con parada de metro a escasos metros.
Points négatifs : A uno de los baños le falta el inodoro. En los filtros de mi búsqueda indiqué 2 baños y no se ajustaba exactamente a la búsqueda.
