Logement propre, bien équipé, proche de la Gare du Nord, avec un hôte réactif et une communication f
Points positifs : Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos. Le propriétaire nous a transmis toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour, avec une communication rapide et fluide. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un couple (ou, comme dans notre cas, un adulte avec deux adolescents) souhaitant passer un séjour agréable à Paris. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé et facile d’accès, situé à quelques minutes à pied de la Gare du Nord et entouré de nombreuses brasseries.
Points négatifs : On note quelques traces d’usure normales (joints de douche, brûlure sur le canapé), mais rien de gênant : la propreté, l’équipement, la localisation, la communication fluide avec le propriétaire et le bon rapport qualité/prix en font un excellent choix.

Points positifs : Superbe appartement, déco soignée, très propre et très bien équipé. La literie est très confortable. Idéalement situé à proximité de la gare du Nord. Parfait pour notre week-end en famille!

Good stay on the first floor, walkable to metro and Gare du Nord.
Points positifs : Accessible location on the first floor. Easy access to metro and train.
Points négatifs : There was a wet towel on the bathroom floor when we arrived, must have been left by the cleaning crew. Sheets were a little damp the first night. Close to the front door so you can hear residents as they come and go.

Points positifs : Mieszkanie małe ale wygodne, bardzo czyste. Zadbano o każdy szczegół. Świetnie wyposażone, recziku, suszarka, żelazko, wszelkie sprzęty kuchenne. Szybki kontakt z właścicielem. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Bardzo polecam.

Good choice if you spend whole day outside
Points positifs : (+) location is close to Montmartre and Gare du Nord station. Apt is on Ground floor (no need to worry to bring suitcases by stairs). Easy access into the apt building (host provided clear instruction). (-) When I first came in, the floor felt dusty and I had to mop it using wet tissue. No parking. The nearest parking location is at ‘Parking Indigo Paris Euronord Lariboisière’. The parking fee is costly. You can get cheaper fee if you book in advance (instead of EUR 47 for 12 hours you get discounted to EUR 38). Apartment size is rather small for 4 people (well, it’s Paris. You can expect that in Paris). Not soundproof. Noises from outside is heard clearly (and vice versa).

Points positifs : Apartament bardzo czysty.Na parterze przy wyjściu więc było słychać wszystkich wchodzących i wychodzących.Najlepiej wziąść zatyczki do uszu.Expres do kawy sprawny nawet 3kapsle kawy były.Wszystkie potrzebne naczynia do gotowania.Nawet żelazko i suszarka.Blisko do centrum i do komunikacji miejskiej.Bezdomny był ale nie halasowal.
