Points positifs : Great location in the Marais - lots of resaturants and shops nearby. Metro really close. The property was really clean and spacious, easy to use wifi, has a dishwasher, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The shower is really good.

Great location and value for money
Points positifs : Impeccable condition of the apartment, literally everything is as new or near new. Location is fantastic, the neighbourhood itself is a bit funky, but so close to metro and walking distance (20 mins +) to all major destinations..
Points négatifs : I would award the score of 10 if not for minor but annoying details, perhaps for the future consideration of the hosts. No hooks for clothes in the foyer, no shelves in the bathroom. No semi-transparent curtains behind the block curtains - you can't really open them as you will be fully exposed. Again, these are minor details and we would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay during your trip in Paris. Perfect location with great facilities
Points positifs : Location was excellent, and it was nice to have a laundry machine during our stay
Points négatifs : The bathroom could use some updating as it’s showing signs of wear.

Great Paris apartment with A/C tucked away on a side street, centrally located near a Metro hub.
Points positifs : Having a place with A/C during a Paris heatwave was a lifesaver! The place looks just as pictured and is a great layout for traveling with family or friends. The location is an easy 2 min walk to a Metro hub with many train options to Paris landmarks. There are several bakeries, restaurants and markets nearby for quick provisions. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive. Before the stay, they shared travel info from the train station and scoop on the area. They also sent detailed check-in info with pics of keypads and have YouTube videos explaining how to work the appliances. We would definitely stay here again!
Points négatifs : A few more hooks in the bathroom and bedroom, along with more drawer space for unpacking clothes would be nice.

Points positifs : The staff are super responsive, always replied messages within minutes. The location is perfect and near many attractions.

Great stay, location immediately (on the block is OK ) in upper marais, beyond 1-2 blocks, was great

Echt een super verblijf, zeer aan te raden.
Points positifs : De gezellige ruimte, alles, maar dan ook echt bijna alles was aanwezig. Een föhn, een strijkijzer, droogrek, zelfs dreft en schuursponje en blokjes voor de vaatwasser. de ligging, je kon zelfs je eigen nettflix kijken, mooie badkamer, voor Parijs ook echt een mooie grote ruimte,
Points négatifs : Het is redelijk gehorig in de nacht, ons bed lag goed, maar had wel een hobbel in het midden.
