Points positifs : logement bien situe, rue calme, a proximité de toutes commodités. 6 couchages confortable, appartement bien agence

Points négatifs : puissance électrique défaillante, impossible d'utiliser le lave vaisselle et par la suite les plaques de cuisson ou bouilloire et grille pain en même temps...

It suited our needs

Points positifs : The location is good for exploring the city, with the metro nearby. The apartment has enough space for five people and is well-equipped. The beds are comfortable, and the linens and towels were clean. Although it's in a lively neighborhood, both during the day and at night, it was quiet since the apartment is located in a courtyard.

Points négatifs : If you plan to spend a lot of time in the apartment, it might not feel comfortable enough, as some things are a bit old and the furniture is not modern. The apartment is in an annex building on the ground floor, but that didn't bother us. Depending on the weather conditions at the time of your stay, the apartment may feel colder or warmer than expected, since it’s not located in a residential building.

Points positifs : Seems that it is the best location/money/value option in the central Paris. Just superb from this point of view - close to the market and the sightseeing’s venues.

Points positifs : Location is super convenient, just 200m to 2 metro, and 5mins walking to Seine. In the heart of city, so many restaurants around, but also feel safe because located in court yard with big gate

Perfecto para varias noches en París

Points positifs : Un loft bastante útil para nuestra estancia en París. Muy céntrico y con líneas de metro bastante cercanas.

Points négatifs : Los calentadores parecen no ser suficientes para el tamaño del alojamiento, pero tampoco fue un problema grave durante nuestra estancia.
