Points positifs : Jolie décoration pour l appartement Au calme (sur l arrière du batiment) Joli bâtiment très bien entretenu Check in check out parfaits Excellente communication avec l hote Appartement assez grand Emplacement pratique et supermarche a 10m Prix correct pour la periode
Points négatifs : Salle de bains en état moyen et avec du calcaire État de propreté générale moyen (vaisselle...) Pas assez d eau chaude Beaucoup d affaires personnelles laissées

On ne pouvait pas espérer mieux
Points positifs : Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été aussi chaleureux que son appartement. Lumineux, agréable, super bien équipé , dans un beau bâtiment. Des commerces de proximité ouverts tous les jours et quartier où l’on se sent en sécurité. Nous avons posé nos valises comme si nous arrivions chez des amis. Merci pour toutes vos attentions. Nous reviendrons

Perfect stay!
Points positifs : The host was very attentive and helpful. He answered all my questions that arose during my stay. Very comfortable pillows and mattress. The apartment didn't have air conditioning, but it wasn't hot outside, so we could open the window. True, you can hear some noise from the street, but this is Paris :) I used earplugs. I really enjoyed staying in an apartment that felt authentic. It is very convenient that there is a metro station right next to the apartment - La Fourche, line 13. If you fly into Beauvais Airport, then there is a very convenient connection: from the airport take the bus to PARIS SAINT-DENIS UNIVERSITÉ and hop on the metro line 13 right there.
Points négatifs : It didn't bother me, but some people might not like the sound of church bells ringing in the morning.

Comfortable apartment near metro
Points positifs : It’s great apartment. It was fully equipped and clean, the metro was three minutes away. The instructions for check-in were simple and clear. The host allowed us to check in early. I would especially like to mention the host - he is very friendly, hospitable and was ready to solve any issue in a minute.

Comfortable apt
Points positifs : A comfortable apartment with everything you need for your stay. It is very close to metro - 150 m which is perfect for to reach all the sightseeings in Paris. Restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby. In a walking distance - 15 min to Montmartre. The owner is very helpful and answered all my questions immediately. Lots of thanks for the compliments! It was a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Viaje familiar.
Points positifs : Aunque es pequeño, ha sido perfecto para nuestra estancia. Ubicado perfectamente, con restaurantes, comercios y metro muy cercano. Mathieu nos ha ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado y siempre dispuesto para cualquier demanda. Tuvo un detallazo en nuestra llegada, por lo que le estamos agradecidos. Volveremos a Paris y nos volveremos a alojar en su apartamento.
Points négatifs : Por poner algo, tiene poco armario para ropa, pero realmente no nos hizo falta.
