Très bon séjour dans cet appartement
Points positifs : L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Paris, près de Bastille. Au fond d'une cour protégée par 2 digicodes, au troisième étage sans ascenseur, c'est très calme (aucun bruit la nuit). Dans la chambre, la literie est très confortable et c'est appréciable après les kilomètres parcourus dans cette merveilleuse ville. Une bonne boulangerie dans la rue, un Monoprix à quelques pas, des bars et restaurants dans le quartier, rien ne manque.
Points négatifs : Il y avait une mauvaise odeur à notre arrivée dans la salle de bains. Même après avoir aéré, cette mauvaise odeur est restée. C'est dommage, car ce n'est pas au niveau de l'appartement, très propre par ailleurs.

Perfect apartment for a lovely stay in Paris
Points positifs : Great location and the apartment had everything we needed
Points négatifs : It look us a little while to work out how to use the sofa bed - it seemed to have a particular knack!

Had great time for a week in Paris in this apartment - highly recommended!
Points positifs : The apartment is in the 11th arrondissement, next to Place de la Bastille. Close to lines 1 & 8, very convenient to visit all the tourist spots in Paris.
Points négatifs : To be honest, nothing to complain! Although if I need to pick one thing, that would be 4 people in this apartment can be slightly crowded, but still pretty manageable.

Great little apartment, perfect for a little getaway

Wonderful
Points positifs : Everything thing was exceptional. The location it's near the metro, very clean, everything in the flat is new. I really really liked it. Thank you for a great place to stay în Paris!

Leuke spot to stay
Points positifs : Op 5 minuten wandelafstand van de Place de la Bastille vind je dit toffe appartement. Heel rustig en netjes verzorgd, m.a.w. ideale uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen Parijs. De foto's en omschrijving van het appartement komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Voor twee personen een perfecte spot maar voor 4 volwassenen zou ik toch twijfelen. Zoals in andere beoordelingen reeds vermeld, bevindt het zich op de derde verdieping, zonder lift. Maar laat dit je zeker niet tegenhouden, absoluut geen onoverkomenlijke hindernis. De volledige incheckinstructies en praktische info krijg je op de dag van aankomst en zijn duidelijk en uitgebreid.
Points négatifs : Om dan toch een klein puntje van kritiek te geven waren er twee zaken die ontbraken in de keuken: wat suiker voor bij de aanwezige koffiepads/thee en een handdoek voor de vaat.

Hoffentlich wieder.
Points positifs : Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, das Bad sehr modern und das Boxspringbett sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt. Mit der Metro schnell im Zentrum, geht auch zu Fuß und viele schöne Restaurants in direkter Umgebung.
Points négatifs : Unter dem Dach im Sommer warm.

Points positifs : Es sieht genauso so aus wie auf den Fotos, super Lage sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter, unkompliziertes Check in und Check out, Wichtig: im 3. Stock, es sind steile Treppen
Points négatifs : Kleinigkeiten könnten noch verbessert werden: Geschirrhandtuch in der Küche viel zu dünn (damit konnte man das Geschirr nicht abTROCKNEN), es fehlen Haken im Bad
