Points positifs : We loved everything, it was what we needed and more. The location was the reason we chose this property as my elderly mother could comfortably walk to the Lourve and the restaurant and shopping below the apartment. Chloe meet us even though we arrived late to show us the apartment with a welcome gift. Thank you

Points positifs : Firstly the location was brilliant. The apartment was modern and had everything we needed. The owner met us there and explained the facilities and then showed us around the local neighborhood. The apartment has double glazing so no issue with outside noise.
Points négatifs : This is a preference and not a complaint. Would be nice to have a bedside light in the second bedroom rather than having to get up to switch off/on the main room light.

Excelllent stay in a central location apartment.
Points positifs : Apartment was very clean, tidy and modern. Arrival and departure procedures were prompt and easy with very friendly owners. Location was central and excellent with easy walk to subway and train station and main attractions like The Louvre and Notre Dame. Beds were comfortable and was reasonably priced for a very modern and clean 2 bedroom flat in central Paris. Also only 10 mins by metro from Gare Du Nord.
Points négatifs : Nothing at all. The flat got quite warm with the very hot weather and the fans provided were a little noisy. But other than that all great!

Points positifs : Great location Well appointed Chloe was very responsive and dealt with small plumbing problem quickly with no fuss Excellent restaurants and shops are with a 3 minute walk, as is the closest Metro station.

Great apartment in the perfect location.
Points positifs : A fabulously sized, secure apartment in the perfect location for exploring Paris. Everything you need is supplied; the apartment is a home away from home. The hosts are fabulous - the welcome bottle of wine and snacks on arrival was an unexpected bonus. Excellent restaurants and shops are with a 3 minute walk, as is the closest Metro station. I will happily stay here again when I next visit this beautiful city!

Points positifs : Location and friendly host. Welcome wine and snacks. Spacious apartment
Points négatifs : Bathroom and toilet seemed a bit damp as no ventilation. Towels were quite old and small.

Points positifs : The property was perfect for our stay in Paris. Conveniently located in the 2nd Arrondissement, you’re a walk away from great restaurants and close to metros that allow you to explore the whole city. Jean was an exceptional host who warmly welcomed us and clearly communicated all information related to our stay.

way above expectations; worth every penny; safe, clean, spacious & convenient for 4-5 people easily.
Points positifs : WOW! Way above my expectations. Location can't be better than this. Super convenient, safe and clean, especially for families with kids. 3 Metro stops 5 min. walk each around you; neighborhood is all pedestrian streets, lovely, clean, full of amazing bars, restaurants, brasseries and boulangeries. Also, great selection of small markets, groceries stores and such. Apartment is spacious, two comfy queen beds, nice kitchen, a few great mobile fans, and all the facilities you need for a week in Paris. Nice spacious elevator building. It was really hard to leave :) Host was unbelievable accommodating and available to help. Will use this apartment again, for sure!
Points négatifs : No A/C due to French regulations on historic buildings.

Points positifs : Perfekt um zu viert Paris zu entdecken. Sehr sicheres Haus. Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Mittendrin und doch sehr ruhig. U-Bahn und Supermarkt mit Bäckerei,gleich um die Ecke. Schlüsselübergabe und Kontakt mit Jean war super nett und schnell.
Points négatifs : Nichts, würde ich wieder buchen
