Points positifs : Impeccably maintained apartment, directly managed by the owner, sparkling clean. Everything in the apartment works perfectly and the kitchen is fully equipped. The owner personally provided detailed instructions about the apartment, the neighborhood, sightseeing tips, restaurants, and logistics for getting around the city and to the airport. The apartment is ideally located for exploring the city on foot— the Louvre and Notre-Dame are within walking distance, and the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower are about an hour’s walk. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. It’s a very comfortable base for discovering the city, and we’d be happy to return.

Wonderful stay in Paris

Points positifs : We loved this apartment and its convenient location. Excellent for preparing meals, with a well-stocked kitchen. The owners have hosting down to a fine art, with excellent communication and information provided about the apartment, transport, local attractions and nearby restaurants. Would have liked to stay longer. Highly recommended.

Points positifs : The apartment has a nice atmosphere, had everything what we needed and a very short walk to lovely restaurants and shops nearby. Opening the windows is recommended only late night and early morning!

Points positifs : Excellent apartments. In the very center of Paris. The location is one of the best. If you like walking, then you can walk to the main attractions. The apartment is on the top floor. There is an elevator. There is everything in the apartment. Even cosmetics, if you forgot to take something with you. You can easily cook breakfast in the apartment. Or go downstairs, where there are many cafes and restaurants. The owner is very friendly. He is always in touch by phone, and he is ready to give advice and help. Parking is nearby, in a shopping center, 4-5 minutes walk. The cost is 40 euros per day. A little expensive, but in Paris there is a problem with parking, so it is already good that there is a place to leave the car.

Loved staying here, felt like a local .

Points positifs : location was amazing , right in the middle of Paris in beautiful old building and near one of the major transport hubs . Loads of fabulous cafes and bars surrounding the apartment along with some lovely shops . Apartment was just fabulous and had everything we needed for a weeks stay . Hosts were just lovely and so welcoming . Would definetly recommend .

Points négatifs : Beds were comfy but felt we needed a few more pillows . Also the apartment got really warm and despite having the fans on , there wasn't much relief ,but is was 30 degrees outside .

Points positifs : Очень уютная квартира, есть все необходимое. Расположение-супер. Основные достопримечательности в 15-20 минутах ходьбы. В двух шагах-метро. Рядом огромное количество ресторанов, где можно поужинать. Но можно устроить уютный ужин дома с видом на парижские крыши или пикник на берегу Сены-недалеко несколько супермаркетом. С хозяином квартиры Марком встретиться лично не удалось, но он прислал подробные инструкции по заселению, был очень дружелюбным и неравнодушным.

Points négatifs : Все понравилось. Может быть шумновато, но это вайб города. Дорого, как и все в Париже.))

Great apartment in a great location

Points positifs : The host was very helpful and accommodating. I was able to arrive early and all the information was provided.

Points positifs : The apartment is perfectly located for all the most important sites in Paris. Well maintained and very thoughtfully provisioned. Marc & Lionel were perfect hosts.

Points négatifs : In a pretty young-ish part of town. Lots of medium-priced restaurants and a fun vibe, but sometimes noisy into the later evening. Elevator is REALLY small, but does the job.

Estadia confortável

Points positifs : Tudo impecável. O apartamento corresponde ao anunciado. Prédio muito sossegado. Muito boa localização, como já se sabia. Ter uma estação de metro e comboios por perto dá muito jeito, sem dúvida. Embora a rua é pedonal, mas os taxis conseguem parar bastante perto, não é um problema. Muitos sítios para comer por perto, também um minimercado aos poucos passos. Foi confortável. Aquecimento era rápido e suficiente. Éramos três pessoas, tomávamos banho de seguida e havia agua quente suficiente para todos. Acho que está mantido com gosto e preocupação.

Points positifs : Very cute, well-appointed apartment in the heart of Paris, with elevator, a big plus, 2 metro stations within 2 -3 minutes away, bus stop around the corner, a mini supermarket , restaurants, pastry shops around the apartment. Even though this is a pedestrian area, the taxi, Bolt or Uber leaves you at about 100 ft away from the apartment @ Etienne Marcel Metro. The host Marc, very nice, helpful gave us detailed explanations about everything. Prompt with answers and attentive to our needs. The apartment is well equipped, and nothing was missing. A walk around Marais is the cherry on the cake. All major attractions are within a nice walking distance. Pompidou Center is about 400 ft away.
