Points positifs : Nous avons aimé la proximité de Notre Dame de Paris et des quartiers touristiques. Le calme de l'appartement.
Points négatifs : Il manque des ustensiles de cuisine : 1 casserole, 1 louche..... La porte de l'armoire de la chambre est bloquée avec le tiroir du dessous. Le chauffage de la chambre est difficile à régler. Nous n'avons pas réussi. Le code de la porte d'entrée de la rue était faux, c'est celui prévu à partir du 13 décembre qui a fonctionné.

A lovely apartament in the heart of Le Marais
Points positifs : The apartment is well equipped and there’s everything you may need. The host was always available and made sure our staying was going well throughout the trip. We also loved the position in the beautiful Le Marais quartier. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for a cosy and romantic place in Paris!

Points positifs : We stayed in this apartment for 14 nights, and I’m telling you, it’s a gem 💎 First, it’s CLEAN. Like, REAL CLEAN - the cleanest I’ve ever experienced from Booking. Second, it’s close to everything: in the heart of Le Marais, the most atmospheric location in Paris, 💯 convenient, packed with food spots, bars, groceries, pharmacies, etc., 2 min to the metro. We also used a lot of Heetch/Uber, and the price of rides was pleasant to any location we needed. When I plan a Paris trip again, it will def be the first apartment I check the availability of! The apartment itself is also very well equipped, feels like the host really cares about the comfort of the guests. Even the Paris-themed pictures on the walls show a desire to make people feel welcome, like at home. (The photos of the interior provided by the host match the apartment exactly, so I’ll just attach photos of the street where the apartment is located and that very funny staircase)
Points négatifs : - The walls are quite thin, and when there are neighbors, it can be a bit noisy - just something to be aware of. BUT I doubt that you’ll find a better option in the center of Paris, it’s just a common feature 🤷🏼♀️ Anyway, not a single night’s sleep was ruined for us or anything. - The staircase to the apartment is a lot of fun 😄 We didn’t expect it to be so.. hmmm.. authentic 😄 We saw it as part of the historical old-Paris vibe, it didn’t really spoil the overall impression, the apartment itself is fresh and renovated, all good.

Appartamento attrezzato nel cuore di Parigi, ci tornerei!
Points positifs : La casa era pulitissima, abbastanza spaziosa e perfetta per una coppia e per gli standard Parigini. L’ubicazione è perfetta e il quartiere è tranquillissimo e pieno di giovani, la casa è anche all’interno di una corte chiusa con codice. È collegata molto bene e vicina alla metro. Ci sono diversi negozi di alimentari vicino. Siamo stati molto bene e abbiamo anche apprezzato molto il kit di benvenuto e delle pulizie. Abbiamo apprezzato molto Il phon con il diffusore e il ferro da stiro!
Points négatifs : Non sono aspetti negativi ma alcuni appunti: La raccolta differenziata condominiale è un po’ confusionaria. Spiegata benissimo dal pdf che si riceve una volta in loco, ma alla fine si riconosce solo il secchio del vetro e della plastica. Consiglio per l’host, sarebbe utile un appendi abiti per riporre i giacchetti, non è una critica, ci siamo trovati comunque benissimo!

Soggiorno molto piacevole, lo consiglio!
Points positifs : Casa molto carina, piccola ma dotata di tutto l’occorrente.
Points négatifs : L’ingresso per salire all’appartamento un po’ scomodo in quanto le scale erano molto strette e, se non si faceva attenzione, si rischiava di scivolare.

Muy bonito depertamento, muy bien ubicado, te vas caminando a cualquier lugar.
Points positifs : La ubicación muy buena, mi recomendación es dar más indicaciones para que cuando entras la propiedad encontrar el departamento, por que no se ve la entrada al edificio B a simple vista y entramos al A, tuvimos que preguntar. También indicar que hay un botón para que la puerta que da a la calle abra de adentro hacia afuera.
Points négatifs : La tapa del inodoro estaba safada, los rollos de papel de baño pequeños, no alcanzaron. Hubo un día por la noche que solo se pudo bañar una persona por que ya no salió agua caliente, solo ajustar esto detalles para que sea excelente.

Συνολικά ήταν μια ικανοποιητική εμπειρία με μικρές αστοχίες, αν και λίγο ακριβή για όσα προσφέρει.
Points positifs : Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία στο 3ο διαμέρισμα. Πολλά καφέ, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ και κάποια εστιατόρια στην γύρω περιοχή, κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από κάποια βασικά αξιοθέατα αλλά και διάφορες στάσεις μετρό που σε εξυπηρετούν. Το διαμέρισμα φαινόταν αρκετά καθαρό και ήταν πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο.
Points négatifs : Υπάρχει μια ελάχιστα αισθητή μυρωδιά στο μπάνιο αλλά όχι κάτι που κάνει το διαμέρισμα απρόσιτο. Λεπτομερείς οδηγίες για την είσοδο στο διαμέρισμα όμως δίνεται λάθος κωδικός για είσοδο μετά τις 18:00, παρόλα αυτά το λύσαμε μόνοι μας. Προσωπικά, πιστεύω, πώς είναι αρκετά ακριβό σε σχέση με τις παροχές του, αλλά λόγω τοποθεσίας (Παρίσι) το καταλαβαίνω.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment, a little pricey as it’s not really that beautiful and the location not entirely
Points positifs : The cleanliness, how well equipped it was and the help from the staff.
Points négatifs : The lack of natural light and the washing machine or the washing capsules ruined some of my clothes.
