Points positifs : La déco est très sympa, l’espace est très agréable et la terrasse et le parking sont des atouts. Le propriétaire très gentil et arrangeant.

Points négatifs : Le canapé n’était pas convertible et pas de rideau occultant ou de volets.

Idéal pour virée parisienne

Points positifs : Situation , propreté, équipements, confort, propriétaire disponible et réactif.

Points négatifs : Seul bémol le canapé lit du séjour est pour 1 seule personne et pas très confortable. Un surmatelas serait appréciable.

Points positifs : Appartement très propre, très bien équipée, décorée avec goût et lumineux. On s’y sent comme chez soi ! Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et plein de bons conseils de quartier ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Points positifs : Hôte réactif, qui a fait en sorte que l'on se sente vraiment bien dès l'arrivée dans un appartement propre, décoré avec goût et très calme avec son balcon qui donne sur une cours arborée et paisible ! Je recommande pour vos séjours dans la capitale.

Great apartment from where you can easily explore the city.

Points positifs : It is in a great location and the building feels very safe. The private parking spot in the garage underneath the building is great.

Points négatifs : The apartment was great. However, it was a bit difficult to close the front door without a handle to hold. And I think the couch bed has seen better days; it is kind of squeaky.

We enjoyed our stay here and Theo (and Roland the cleaner) were very kind and helpful.

Points positifs : Location was in good suburb, handy to shops, buses and metro. Busy area but quiet street, bonus oflift as acpartment on 4th floor. ,

Points négatifs : Microwave would be useful as people on holiday may not want to spend time cooking. Also did not expect cupboards and other spaces to have owner's belongings in them. Window blinds to reduce light were only on outside of apartment.

Points négatifs : Very narrow underground car park entrance, free but didn’t know how wide it was. A big car or low car probably wouldn’t fit

Very memorable place to stay whilst enjoying the wonderful Paris Olympics.

Points positifs : Lovely cosy flat in the very green & pleasant 20th arrondisement. Well located for transport links & lots of great restaurants & bars & large supermarket very nearby in a nice part of Paris. Parking super convenient in underground garage. Owner was very responsive to all my endless questions before our stay.

Points négatifs : Nothing bad at all.

Points positifs : If you want to feel real Paris coloring - choose this place! We have arrived late Friday evening and there was a party on street with live music (don't worry windows are on backyard side :) so you can sleep normally) and fun bar on the ither side. There also was a fun keys quest, but Theo supported me on the phone:) Apartments cosy and nice with cool library as on the photos. Everything you need is there from kitchenware to sleep, by the way, bed is really good. There is also a very nice balcony with table ti drink some wine in the evening. I have pretty big car but I feeted into the entrance.
