Points positifs : Appartement propre et literie vraiment impeccable. Nous avons extrêmement bien dormi. Tout était parfait. La décoration est magnifique!. Et l'emplacement était vraiment bien pratique.

Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Points positifs : Proximité de l’hôpital Cochin où je suis allé travailler. Proximité immédiate d'un bistrot sympathique servant de la bonne nourriture, sans nuisance sonore pour le logement. Parking payant couvert d'un tarif raisonnable rue de la Santé à 10-15 mn à pieds du logement.

Points négatifs : Escalier d'accès très raide pouvant gêner des clients pas très valides.

Beautiful room in good location.

Points positifs : Beautiful room with large comfortable bed, aircon and fantastic shower. Nice view through the trees. Above a nice cafe/restaurant but still really peaceful.

Points négatifs : Fine for us but the stairs to second floor and very very steep so would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

Would recommend for short break

Points positifs : It was lovely and clean, good location and clear instructions from Éric on access to apartment. The space was perfect for a short break and very comfortable. I also felt very safe as a solo traveller.

Points négatifs : Not a huge amount of choice of restaurants in area, however cannot complain as there is a restaurant just downstairs and within walking distance from Jardin du Luxembourg, which is beautiful.

Great Short Stay at Saint Jacques Sciences!

Points positifs : Great location, the room is clean and nice, bed is comfortable and good for a stay alone for work. The host is friendly and replied to me immediately when I needed to ask something.

Points positifs : excellent location close to the RER and to Paris central monuments. The host was very helpful. The room is minimal but with nice furniture and pleasant ambiance

Points négatifs : the heating was off when I arrived and I had some problems to switch it on.

Points positifs : Great location, very safe. Nice apartment! Helpful owner!

Points négatifs : a bit small its hard to cook in the kitchen but fine for a sandwitch. Paris apartments are small so its not the bookings fault in general.
