Well-appointed & comfortable apartment in brilliant location.
Points positifs : Our host was incredible; so welcoming and friendly. She took care of everything and thought of some many things to make our stay more comfortable. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We highly recommend this property; the location was brilliant - just down from the Notre Dame, a stroll along the Seine, best boulangerie & close to metro. Rooms were large, comparatively to other places and beds were very comfortable. Nothing was lacking.

Points positifs : Laure is a very friendly and responsible person. Our journey was delayed due to the strike in Italy, and we arrived at the accommodation very late at night. However, Laure still warmly received us and brought us food. The room facilities are very complete and can meet all our needs, especially the tableware. The accommodation is well-lit and very spacious, giving a homey feeling. Believe me, choosing Laure won't be a mistake.

Points positifs : Owner super nice and very helpful. Apartment very comfortable, enouch space for family (in our case 2+2). There's everything what you need both for shorter and longer stay. Owner prepared fruits, suites and Vine as a welcome gifts, and welcomed us on her own, which was super nice. We stay for ca. a week and it was really pleasant time, very comfortable. Apartament is on first floor of old building. But there is a small elevator and apartament is very quiet.
Points négatifs : Really, everything was super great :)

Points positifs : Location was perfect and made walking and sight seeing around Paris easy. All needs were met and made our short stay absolutely enjoyable. Highly recommend and would love to come back.

Points positifs : Neighborhood was AMAZING, Latin quarter iz perfect. All local shops, caffes are there.. Our building was just in France style, amazing. But bed was OMG 👌👌👌👌 Host was helpful, kind, we had everything in apartment. Notre Dame is 500m away and we felt very safe there in midnight.. I would recomend this apartment for everyone.
Points négatifs : Maybe that we didn't have balcony and we were smokers... But it doesn't bother us becouse we spent lot of time outside the building.

Perfect !
Points positifs : The rooms are large and clean. The interior is nice. The kitchen and shower room are functional, and easy to use. The beds are also comfortable. And we are glad we can drink a lot of coffee. Handing over the key was smooth. The owner’s instruction was quite appropriate.

Points positifs : Прекрасное расположение, тихо и спокойно. Пешком до Сены 3-4 минуты, до Нотр Дам в пределах 15. Метро тоже близко. В квартире чувствуешь себя как дома. Предусмотрено очень много полезного. Например, разный чай, зонтики, термосы. Ещё очень понравилось приветственное угощение. Здорово, что не надо сразу идти в магазин. Если представиться возможность побывать в Париже, то обязательно постараемся снова пожить здесь.
Points négatifs : Пожалуй, единственное, чего не хватало, это второго комплекта ключей.

Cozy and well appointed stay in a great Latin Quarter location.
Points positifs : Apartment was perfect for our needs. More space than expected. All details were well thought of- great linens and supplies to make you feel at home. Building is very secure.
Points négatifs : Occasionally the apartment was a little warm, but this was better than being too cold as it was cold outside.
